I went to American Watersports in Southbeach with my wife today, and we had a blast. Harrison and Henry helped us through the entire process in a matter of minutes, and got us out on the water quickly. They were extremely clear and concise on all safety regulations and made us feel secure out on the water. The experience was amazing and we would definitely come back here again, and highly recommend it for anyone who's wants to try out jet skiing.

Friendly staff, let you switch drivers on the water unlike other jet ski rental spots. Great quality jet skis. Give you freedom to roam around.

My wife and I are from Montana, and needed a day out on the Ocean, Alex was the koolest dude you will ever meet and helped us gear up for a great day on a couple of jet skis . If you are in Miami or a local, talk to Alex, he will hook you up really quick and take you on a fantastic tour. Thank you Alex for helping us ride the waves 5 huge stars, not just for Alex but everyone down there AWESOME GUYS

Went with my girlfriend and had an amazing time looked at other places before going this is the best one out of all. They let you ride however within a big area and price isn't bad at all, are really cool people also ! Highly recommend for anyone looking to have fun on jet skis in Miami. Will definitely be coming back for years to come !

My experience with these guys was great. Fairly quick and easy sign up, and it was a lot of fun. They have lockers to store stuff, and fresh water showers to rinse off after the ride. I did the 1 hour tour, and recommend it to anyone who is interested. Alex was our tour guide.

I was able to rent here about 6 years ago and it was great. Now i just called to book a reservation and the guy had an major attitude. Its like these people want our business but will not give us the customer service we deserve.Will not rent here again just because of that.

Had an incredible 2 hour tour of the Miami bay area with our family - 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. Pretty much one of the top highlights of our trip to Miami. Started off a little rough due to credit card processing issues but the owners did us right and we had a blast!

I went to this place in a good mood and to have a great time! I was greeted by a not so friendly man working on the dock. The hourly rate is $99 an hour on the website. When I got there the guy told me it was $139 an hour plus a $500 deposit! I wanted to do 2 hours and he told me the only way to do that is if I did a tour. I couldn't just rent it for 2 hours. Also if you wanna go faster you have to pay more! I understand yea plus tax but a little more than $30 for gas for an hour? That's a little ridiculous. Save your money like I did and go to another place like I did if you don't wanna get ripped off. I paid $100 an hour flat rate and no deposit.

We live in Miami and decided to go out today for the first time in the bay. We had a great time renting with these guys! The staff is very friendly, it was easy to sign up and the jet skis are really nice. If you're looking to jet ski on the bay, this is the place to use. They are easily accessible south of fifth, right at Pier A. They have free lockers to lock you're stuff while you're out and provide you with life jackets and safety info before you head out. 1 hour cost us about $140. I'd rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Really super friendly staff. The area you get to play in is pretty sizable, and the jet skis were fast. I got mine up to 35 mph which feels pretty fast when going over some chop. I went for an hr ride which was long enough that I was fully satisfied at the end and was ready to come back probably a bit before that. The area they have is mildly interesting with some sailboats to check out and not too much other traffic to watch for. Not out of this world though, and is basically a large rectangular area. Plenty of room to play, but not much of a sight seeing ride (I didn't do the tour, which goes outside of the restricted area). Time wise they definitely gave me the full hour on the water with a nice powerful jet ski.
Oh and they are good about taking your pictures out on the water and then uploading them so you won't need your camera.response / report this review
