  Very responsive, stayed in communication with us on the timeline and progress of the project. Let us know when they expected individuals to be in our home and when they expected items/materials to be delivered, painting to be completed, etc. Very willing to work with us on any needed changes or concerns we may have had. Ultimately, very happy with the completed job, and excited to start living in our newly remodeled basement.

  Really liked working with the guys at 3rd Gen Deck Builders. They were the only ones in the area who returned our call and quickly came out and looked at our project. The quality of the work was great. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a great new deck.

  3rd Generation Painting should be the only company that paints the exterior of your building! The crew manager on-site was a true professional. His equipment, work ethic and competent crew were outstanding. They were punctual, finished the job on schedule, used effective and professional equipment. They did an extraordinary amount of scraping, resulting in a perfect surface. The painters worked quietly, steadily and on task. Each member was polite, congenial and accommodating. The crew manager made decisions and took precautions based on the conditions and needs of our wood siding. They paid attention to the details and thought of ideas that we would not have thought of ourselves.

  We just completed the last project of our remodeling — our deck. After considering multiple proposals, we went with 3rd Gen. What a quality company! Friendly, professional, and totally into ensuring the customer is happy. No detail was left unchecked. I couldn’t be happier. As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” I would highly recommend this company many times over. If I had to go back and start all over again, there is no doubt.
