Ben was incredible! Extremely professional, punctual, and worked within my family’s budget. Great attention to detail, and enthusiastic about my parents’ vision. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering updating their home.

We had our kitchen counters and cabinets resurfaced. The counter installers Gerardo and Luis did a beautiful job and Marcus did a fabulous job with the cabinetry. The kitchen looks beautiful.

Called for an estimate, The salesman showed up very rude and insulting. Insulted our home and told us in the first 30 seconds that he sells 100,000. A week and doesn't care if we buy or not. We like the material however estimate came in way higher than we thought. Told him we'd have to wait a few months he packed his stuff up in a hurry and left. Terrible from start to finish.

They transformed our kitchen and our fireplace. From a distance it looks great, but up close you can see all the poor finishes. The seems of the backsplash were filled with putty instead of grout. I asked the installer if it was grout and if it was going to be the same color as the rest and he assured me it was it’s not and it’s clearly not grout. They over cut in a few places so you can see those in sever places. There about a foot, maybe a little more under one of the cupboards that they didn’t finish with the caulking like the rest. Next to the stove, the “granite” has burn marks as though the stove it too hot and catching it on fire. Apparently, you can’t use Lysol wipes on it because now there is a rough spot about 6”x12” that also lost its color from the Lysol. The strip they used on the fireplace wasn’t measured properly and instead of just covering the previous tile, they also covered an inch of the metal heating insert so now to change out the metal insert, we have to ditch the whole decorative fireplace. It’s been just under a year and it’s definitely not worth the nearly $12,000 we spent on them this go around. We used the Fairfield office in our last house and it turned out amazing. It’s too bad the quality did not stay the same.
