  Super happy with my service! I needed my small apartment cleaned and they were fast and efficient! They also came right on time so I wasn’t waiting around like I have for other companies. Definitely recommend Patrick and all the Aladdin crew!

  Well, this was an interesting experience. First, they were late with no call. Upon them arriving my husband explained that the dog had urinated on the couch Cushions and our carpets.
  
  The cleaner then proceeded to explained that the cleaning process/product would then bring out the urine smell and suggested that we add the deodorizer. When adding that service on the price jumped quite significantly.
  
  So before starting services he then made a phone call and was able to get in contact with the owner.
  
  My issue is 3 things… Why wouldn’t a company disclose this information on their website? Realistically how many customers have their carpets or upholstery cleaned due to pets? Why on earth would I think that having A professional company to come in and clean would actually make something smell worse?
  Secondly, perhaps you shouldn’t use products that brings odors to the surface but rather eliminates them altogether?
  
  Third, Why not include the deodorizer if you know that your product brings out unpleasant smells? It’s every homeowners dream to pay their hard earned money to have some thing cleaned only to have it also smell worse.
  
  By the time that my husband had come back from being on the phone the cleaners had already started. The owner explained that they could stop at any time and leave. Problem was there was soap all over everything already! We’re they just going to up and leave with the cleaning solution on the couch so my toddlers could crawl all over it?!?! In a nutshell we were being forced to purchase the deodorizer, which we did not do because of the increased cost. We were already Doing two bedrooms, a hallway and a sectional couch.
  
  As a local business owner, with 10+ years I understand the importance of making disclosures to customers and being transparent. This actually helps to avoid negative experiences. I wouldn’t have even booked this service with this particular company had I have known this information in advance.

  They did an excellent job. Fast, great price, efficient, on time and extremely pleasant. Patrick & his daughter were a joy to work with. Will definitely use them again - and I will recommend them to everyone!!

  I had a vintage oriental rug cleaned and was very skeptical of how good the quality would be considering the low price point. Patrick was helpful, genuine, and very reassuring. They came to me and had our carpet cleaned quickly. They made sure to address all my concerns. My carpet looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the convenience and the price. Patrick and his workers are considerate and knowledgeable. My rug is in very delicate condition and they handled it perfectly. Well done.
