Overall everyone at Sahara seems to put the customer first. They are respectful, friendly, professional, informative, thorough, and took their time to listen and work with me to make the HVAC replacement/installation a positive experience.

Always a gamble going with any HVAC company, but I feel this paid off. At the front end, Michelle was very responsive and knowledgeable, worked with my schedule, and offered me a good range of service options. The tech that arrived, Tyler, was fantastic. Very polite and friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, confident and capable in his abilities. He sussed out the problem immediately and went to work. Also, proactively fixed a number of other issues that could impair my ac units in the future. I highly and fully recommend Sahara.

Jerrod, Matt and James from Sahara Air were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, and worked very hard under extreme conditions.

But most importantly, they were honest and trustworthy. They got my A/C up and running right away and also installed two Nest Thermostats perfectly. I joined Sahara’s Maintenance Program based on their quality work.
