Do you like the smell of garbage lining your hallway? How about the sight of dumped furniture around the parking lot? The smell of urine on every staircase? How about a front office that denies responsibility for fixing almost anything? If so you'll love 3200 Lenox. The last 2 months that I lived there I didn't receive mail, all 3 treadmills in workout room were broken, the pool was out, the elevator was in and out of service weekly, and the gates and building were all wide open. One man slept in the lobby regularly by the time of my move out. Also: NO AIR CONDITIONING.Though I loved the location (next to Lenox Mall and Station) this place is an absolute dump, and the management company changes over frequently. The only way I see this becoming a nice place to live is if the owner dies or sells.

Honestly, not bad at all. This is my first apartment. The staff is friendly and the lobby is extremely nice. Maintenance is a little slow but they always manage to get to your apartment to do repairs without too much of a wait. Extremely good price for the location. No noise issues from other tenants and the gym is great for an apartment.

I would give this place absolutely no stars if I could. We moved out (finally) last month and I've never been happier. This place is GROSS. The people who live here don't care about the buildig so they spit in the elevator, pee in the stairwells and leave random furniture after moving out in the lobbies. The pool area is, again, gross and pretty much unusable. The units are find if you like mold. The office staff DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. They usually seem like they can't be bothered with your concerns and perpetually have a look of annoyance whenever you need something done. They're incompetent and condescending. The gates to the complex are almost always broken and the pedestrian gates do not lock. My fiance, along with 12 other people got their cars broken into at the beginning of the year. ALSO, they are so shady about money. Your utilities will be ridiculously inflated, with multiple charges to water and electricity per month (which they never have fully been able to explain). We found out in January that they don't even calculate out your utilities, as they don't always receive the bills in a time frame that corresponds with rent due, and will just charge you the same rates from previous months. They also do not prorate your rent for the last month you live there. That means for 14 days of living there (in our case for 14 days of it sitting empty) you will pay the full amount. This place's location is tempting, but I urge you if you have ANY other option, stay away from this place.

I've lived here for a year now and despite pest issues that we had when first moving in, I've enjoyed my time here and will be moving to a smaller unit in the same complex soon. From day one, staff has always been as accommodating as possible, and even now after a management change, they're understanding and flexible. The pest issue was resolved after a few months, and since then, the minor issues that we've come across are things that I think you'll find in any apartment community at some point. Pricing is definitely reasonable especially compared to other places in the area. The apartments are spacious and many are very nicely renovated. There's a lot to do in the area and it's conviently located within walking distance from the Lenox MARTA station and the Lenox Mall.

I just moved out of this complex after living hear a year and had a very negative experience. During the time I lived here, the complex was sold and, while the new company may have a plan to fix this property, I believe it to be beyond repair. This complex was sold for very little when the previous owners realized that these apartments are so bad that they're not worth the land they occupy. Don't waste your money.

I know there are a handful of positive reviews here. Many of them are here because the complex bribed residents with reduced rent in exchange for positive reviews several months ago. After how bad my experience here was, I am skeptical of the integrity of any positive reviews for this complex

Be mindful of timing when reading reviews for 32!!
Much better than when I first moved in. They have changed their pest control company (and management altogether) and it got rid of the pest issue quickly and completely, so yay no more roach issues whatsoever. You get a lot of bang for your buck here. Very very spacious. Nice diversity here in several ways, and nice mix of ages (families, couples, young friends, older couples). Lots to do in the area, quick drive to midtown. Marta train access right next door, about a 5-10 min walk from 32.
Nice staff too. I used to come to the leasing office everyday for coffee and was welcomed warmly each time lol.

Very kind and friendly staff here, have always make my concerns their first priority. I can agree the complex did have some issues before, but ever since they have switched over to Elite Street Capital they have been working extremely hard to restore this complex to its original beauty. Community Director Evelyn is amazing and truly pushes her team to make this a wonderful place to live. There is neighborhood security ( police officer ) that ensures you are safe here, staff is well trained and well qualified , I can't say anything but positive things. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other places nearby in the area, and apartments are spacious properly renovated.

Hard to describe how incompetent management of this building was when I first moved in. They lost all my paper work, and then tried to give me a more expensive apartment after they screwed up without telling me, which was just the cherry on top of how bad they were at there jobs.

Then Bell Residents took over, and things got better. It took 9 months to clean up the awfulness that was the laundry room in unit A, but it did eventually get done. The biggest problem is that it's been 6 months since I moved out and I still don't have my security deposit back.

Couple other things people should know: 1. The floors/ceilings are paper thin. You will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does (including 4am dance practice, a real thing my neighbor kept doing, and the management won't do anything to help). 2. They combine everyone's utilities, so my water bill was literally 400% higher than my 1 bedroom in Midtown.

I have read all of these reviews and although it sounds like many people have had bad experiences here, those reviews are before Elite Street Capital took over management of the property. I have seen first hand the positive changes that come with the Elite name. Customer service is first always. You must keep in mind that anywhere you live, be it a home, an apartment, a condo, townhome, etc, will have some negatives. You can't choose your neighbors. However, luckily, you can choose your management company! You will be making a great decision choosing Elite Street Capital. They actually care about what you care about and want happy, satisfied residents. You will be that happy, satisfied resident.

exceptional maintenance staff. warm front office people. New apartments have better interiors. Looks rich at a first sight. poor management. Old buildings. Smelly common areas and apartments. Bug issues. Rat issues. Water leakage. Creaky ceiling. Thin walls. Construction works and lots of noise. Poorly maintained common areas. Congested parking space. Visible Burrows around buildings.

*****There are rats and staffs are like "We have seen dinosaurs already. This is after all a rat" mood.*****
Maintenance team and bug treatment team (Whom I pay in rent explicitly every month) did not have an exact and immediate solution. I heard lot of may be-s.
