2 Rivers is hands down the best place to buy your bike. The employees are so friendly and helpful, but not at all pushy. They genuinely want to help you find exactly what you need, and they won't try to sell you the most expensive bike in the store. They let you try out the bike, they fit you for bikes and for helmets, and they can answer any questions you have, because they are all biking enthusiasts themselves! Also, 2 Rivers has a great location and a super cool environment, and there's always biking events that you can be a part of.

Even though I have a custom bike I did not purchase from Two Rivers, they always treat me well. I had them do a couple of upgrades, and needed an emergency wheel truing (I messed up my spokes) and they took care of me in 10 mins. The perfect example of what a LBS should be. I will be purchasing a road bike for my Girlfriend from them next season and hope that Watertown continues to support a great bike shop and fitness store, our waistlines need it . . . now over to Bismark's !

I have purchased two bikes from 2 Rivers along with many accessories for both biking and running. I have also taken their indoor cycling classes. Nothing but positive feedback. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and are not just hired help. These guys know the information required to set you up with what you are looking for because they themselves are cycling or running enthusiasts. Not to mention, they also have become a great promoter in our community to expand future plans for such activities in our area.

Love this place! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had many experiences of purchasing the wrong product, through my own fault, and everyone at 2 Rivers was extremely helpful with the trade-in as well as giving some insight on what to purchase as to not need to exchange anything in the future. The in-store selection is more oriented to beginner cyclists, but they are able to help assist with everything from beginner to advanced racer. Love this place!
