The staff was very friendly, they enthusiastically greeted everyone who entered.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Took care of this big issue I had concerning a needed tire in quick and brilliant timing and thinking. I really appreciate the crew and what they did and definitely recommend them for all! I’ll definitely be back!

Great Tire Shop! Highly recommendMy daughter got a flat and needed a new tire.
They took her Jeep right in and got her back on the road in a jiff! Prices are spot on with very friendly service.

Just spoke with George the manager over the phone. If the service is half of the respect and concern shown to me over the phone this place has earned my business for life. Have always bought tires over wherever I was at the time and always dealt with sub par service let alone asking questions over the phone. This gentleman answered all my questions and will definitely be getting tires here for life.

Horrible right now. Total experience--they misplaced the key to our truck after we paid to have it towed there to work on, didn't tell us for over 5 days as we were assuming that entire time they were doing work. Installed a $215 battery without calling me to discuss options (when I complained, the first tactic was to tell me that it was a top of the line battery and I should be happy they installed it--when I commented that I could go across the street and buy a battery half that price from Advanced Auto and install it myself, they offered $80 off. Okshould have called me first, but attempted to make it right. Moving on.). Couldn't give me my state inspection/emissions stickers because they reset the trip computer when they changed the battery. Asked me to come back at my convenience after I had driven for a couple of weeks to reset the trip computer--they told me I already paid for and passed the inspection/emissions tests and that all I'd need to do is come back for about 20 minutes at my convenience to get my stickers.
Came back this week to be told that it's not going to take 20 minutes after all, but several hours. As I had planned on waiting for the truck and not dropping off, this wasn't going to work--so I set up another appointment for the weekend. Dropped off Saturday morning--get a call Saturday night that it's done. Pickup this morning to be told that I owe an additional $80 dollars. I protested with the manager saying that he told me I had already paid for the inspection and emission--he responded by saying "yeah, I know I told you that, but you didn't actually pay." I asked then about why my previous bill from my last visit started out as almost $300 for an oil change and battery (after I argued to get $80 off a battery I didn't want, I assumed my bill was reflecting an oil change, discounted battery and inspection/emissions test as the manager told me) and I get a line about how they put in the "cheapest battery we have" and how I "should be happy because (you) got a great deal." I paid my additional $80 for the inspection/emissions and got out of there knowing I won't be back.
Best part--when I got home and pulled out the old bills, turns out yes--they were rightI didn't pay the inspection/emissions the first time around (even though the manager said I did). So I have no problem paying it. Turns out they really did charge me $200 for an oil change and battery I didn't want the first time around. But on the first bill, the total for inspections/emission that was noted as being "declined by the customer" was $58.90.and today they charged me $84.09 for the exact same thing.
Service has been up and down here through the years (we've been going here since 2010), but never this disorganized. We're done with them now. At best, it's just poor management, but this is the first time I've felt like they're being shady with pricing.response / report this review -

Reasonably priced and, most importantly, trustworthy! We've been going there since the new management took over and we love it. They remember us and treat us well!

You may wish to tell your employees that when they are still in uniform they are still representing your company, because it tends to leave a bad taste in people's mouth when you see some blonde jerk driving a Mitsubishi throwing garbage out of his car while still wearing his work uniform.

Great tire shop, oil changes etc.. They got me in same day and and fixed my tire. quality repair done quickly. Honest guys reasonable prices. In fact they wouldn't even let my father pay for patching and plugging his tire. Didn't try to upsell me or pretend other things were wrong with my car. I'll be back whenever I need service.

I was hesitant to go because there were many negative reviews.
Management has been changed there, and the new guys working there are top notch. Very professional. Very polite. Good value.
They even let you go onto the shop floor while they are working on your car.
John and Paul took care of me nicely. Ill be going back in a few days to have them flush my brakes.
Also I appreciated the fact that the mechanics didn't just drop my wheels to the floor like I have seen so many mechanics do when removing wheels. They treated my car with respect.
