We just leased a new jeep Cherokee for Mrs. Potensky. This was the best experience we have had yet with a dealership. Thank you Terry and Anthony. We will recommend you to our associates in the future. No pressure, respectful and clearly knowledgeable.
I bought a Jeep Commander there 3 weeks ago. My salesman pushed us that they will not sell junk but i have already had problems starting it. I called and the service tech said that the starter harness goes bad on them! Why would you not check that during the 201 point inspection if you knew they were known to go bad? I wiggles the connection and thought i was back in good shape. Then had the battery tested and it needed replacement. Quick 150$. No electrical is covered in the 30 day warranty tho. The tires should have also been rotated. The perform maintenance light also came on and there is no sticker in windshield so Im weary of an oil change. And moments after i pulled off the lot the check tire pressure light came on. When the salesman called the next day and i told him this he basically didn't care. One of the sensors is bad! Also when I went to the bank on my lunch break to sign the forms (which should have been done the evening before) they were messed up, 2x already before I went. So by the time they sent the 3rd copy, they had litterally wasted hours of my time. Although I do not think the Jeep is junk. I feel like every problem i had, should have been taken care of at the dealership.
After months of scouring the continental U.S. for a new or used truck, and dealing with one shady used car dealer after another. We decided to visit this dealership. They got my girlfriend and I into a brand-new truck, that was right in our budget and had everything we wanted. Nick, Alex, and Mark made the entire process enjoyable. Thank you guys! Kaci and Joe
Horrible attention to detail. Had a Dodge ram pickup there for body work. Hood and fenders were replaced due to a small tree falling on them. The vent visors also needed replaced and the insurance paid for new ones and they just left them laying in the back seat and the broken ones on the truck. After driving it for a week or so we noticed a large gap between the fender and the hood on one side as it was not aligned correctly. Will never be buying or taking a vehicle there for service. My brother also bought a vehicle there, the rear and transfer case went out of it a week later. He agreed to let them use HIS extended warranty he purchased at the time of sale and they were supposed to pay him back for the deductible. It has been months and still hasn't seen that money. They are horrible.
This place is a joke. I ordered and paid for parts on Friday to pick up on Saturday morning. This company's stance is that the customer should still call ahead just to say that you are coming to collect your prepaid order. "It takes them too long to pull your order." Why would they expect the customer to handle their internal communication?
I should have learnt my lesson after two other bad experiences.
1. I was sold the wrong parts previously, with a VIN provided.
2. The service department told me they could complete a warranty job that I had already diagnosed. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, they told me it just needed a software update. As soon as I got in the vehicle to move it, it was apparent that I still had a blown ABS module. They couldn't even correct their mistake that day. This problem required a separate trip to correct.
I knew what I wanted walking into the dealership and the salesman I had, NickMiller, wasn't pushy but helpful. Thos made car buying a very pleasant experience at number one cochran, would reccomend to anyone wanting a ford, jeep, dodge, and ram.
Bought my second Jeep Wrangler from Cochran today. As always the sales, and service were top notch. A special shout out to Nick Miller, (sales), Anthony (finance), Daryl (service), and Rick ( mechanic ) for making my experience of buying and for all the good service and work on my vehicles over the years a very positive experience. The team at Cochran is professional, treat you like family, and truly make owning and buying a vehicle a positive experience. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with the Cochran dealership.
Kelly Donahue,
Very satisfied customer of 15 years.
When trying to make an appointment to get my lift gate fixed last Friday I was on the phone listening to an automated voice message and ringing for 10 to 15 minutes at 3:30 PM. Never did get through. I tried again this Monday and after about 5 minutes of the same thing I finally got a lady on the line (really wish i knew her name), she set me up with an appointment and told me that there were 3 recalls on my vehicle. I never got an email, phone call or a piece of mail about these, so if i never called in with my problem i never would have known, I had to take a day off of work so i could get my vehicle there. She assured me all parts were in and that the vehicle would be done by the end of the day. WELL the parts aren't in and they have to order them. So now I have to make another appointment and get out of work to do this again. Very frustrated and this whole experience has been unprofessional and tiresome. The man that called me to say my car could be picked up was very apologetic and sympathetic (the only highlight to my experience with #1 Cochran Service). I was used to NICK Chevrolet in Tarentum, top notch service. This place just doesn't even come close.
Shuttle service makes leaving my car there less of a headache. Amazing free coffee near the service waiting room.
Since I bought my car I have had nothing but issues. I took my car to not one but 2 different garages with them both telling me the same issue. I took the car back to number 1 Cochran knowing the issue to have it repaired only for them to tell me it was fine. The issue I have with it should have never passed their inspection and the staff has been nothing but rude to me. Including hanging up one me. I have drove down 3 different times now for the problem not to be resolved and to be treated very poorly and very unprofessionally.
went for oil change and software updates on my new 2016 Ram R/t staff very friendly, courteous, andrew the service tech was on spot and described everything perfectly. will definately go back and let others know to go there
Very good experience. I went to # 1 Cochran wanting the world. Nicholas Miller talked me down and got me the deal I needed and made the process smooth. I will always buy here. No hassle no pressure just results. Best place to buy a new or used vehicle.
I recently bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. The sales staff was great and worked with me to get the best value for my trade-in as well as a monthly payment that worked for me.
Taylor Brown went above and beyond, showing me how to use all the features on my new car, and was even available days later to answer a few questions.
This is the second car I've bought from #1 Cochran, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The sales staff and men/women who will be servicing your vehicle are top notch!
