  My two kids and I moved here about four years ago. Jackie who still works in the office, was so nice and accommodating. She made sure the process of renting out a unit went smoothly. The four years I have been here I have not had one problem. The maintenance always come and finishes the job, my neighbors are friendly (I barley see them, were all workers in my building), the grounds are kept well, the hallway is clean. the parking is good, were are located across from a Shoppers (makes last minute grocery runs easy.)
  
  I was thinking about owning a home and I spoke to Ms.Paula about my plans since I'm in a two bedroom , I need more space. After telling her all my needs we figured out a plan together so I can continue to receive all the benefits of the community (before and after care, summer camp,etc) and save money to work towards becoming an home owner. Needless to say I'm upgrading to am three beedroom at an affordable rent ☺,my two kids and I will be here atleast another three years.
  
  I love how im treated by all the staff here, I have no problems, I pay my rent on time and everything is cool. My only wish is that we could have better vertical blinds.

  O Moved In here About February Of 2017 My Building Door Didnt Lock All The Way The Ppl Around There Was Smoking PCP In The Hallways And Weed They Was Selling Drugs in My Building The Kids Around There Was Playing at My Door Men Would Be High All In The Parking Lot laying Round ..the lady Jackie in the office lies about everything and when u speak to her boss about it she lies in your face my light fixtures in the bathroom was rusted and the bottom of the sink had meldow the maintenance Man Use My Restroom and Urine On My ToiletMy Dummy Draws Kept Falling Off So Insted of corking it the maintenance man put a nail in it that harm my daughter down the linewhen i request for things to be fix the maintenance man would come and sign off on it but wouldn't actually solve the problem Appliances Are Out Dated They have sliding closest doors

  I have been here a little over a year now and have had little maintenance work done to my place. The only issue I have is that my building door do not close all the way and people come in to smoke.other then that, parking is OK, neighbors is OK, no big work needed to be done on my unit I'll be here another year!

  I have 2 problems the ceilings are thin and the parking can be frustrating. On the other hand, The grounds are well kept, maintenance is very responsive and the hallways are clean. Landover, MD gets a lot of bad publicity but my complex is pretty enjoyable!

  I hate summer ridge because they make to much complains and the office is mean and they smoke here.😠😤😥
