The quality of the food good 75% service horrible the waiter was so mind and with attitude party of 10 waited for more than two hours service only two small basket of chips with salsa no water was service or offer. When we asked for one more chips they refuse to served. As family oriented restaurant I personally ask Dario to take action for these behavior and give an appropriate training to the waiters

Ambiance: what I would expect from a Salvadorean place. Good music, earthy tones, open dining room. Was sat next to a palm plant and was played with fruit flies after my good came out.

Service: when I came in at 7pm I was one of 8 people. Up front service was good but after the food was delivered, they were no where to be found. When I finally caught the waiter's eye, he seemed surprised I needed something. Came over immediately and asked what I needed. I told him I needed the tortillas that never came out with my fajitas. Left to get them unapologetically. Was looking for some hot sauce, finally went to the bar to ask for it directly since waiter didn't come back. Not thrilled.

Food: Great taste. Great seasoning. Got the combination fajitas with steak, chicken, and shrimp. A bit overcooked to my taste and meat was just a bit tough but overall very good flavors. Fajita toppings, onions and peppers we're all lacking but what they lacked in vegetables they made up for in protein. Large serving size.

Tasteless food, long period of waiting, over priced, and terrible. Stay away from this place. This is the worst experience I ever had. The music was too loud that you can't have a conversation with anyone.

I came to eat here on sunday August 20 at 7pm with mt family. We came in and they only had 3 tables. Obviously, it was a slow night. However, we waited for our food for about an hour. The rice to our fajitas were cold and hard, we asked the waitress to Exchange it to a more fresh rice. The waitress brought back the same cold rice. We decided not to eat the rice and beans. Service here is bad, waitress never came to check on our table only when we asked for her to return the rice and beans. I would suggest they work on their service. I will not return.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for the past 4 years and I must say, today was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The new waitresses ( all of the old and GREAT ones are gone) don't understand what customer service is. I asked if they had a canned soda in which she answered yes and she still brought me a regular cup of warm soda with no ice. We ordered two dishes of the same thing which took a good 45 minutes to come out. The food tasted fine, we didn't have any issues with that. The waitress avoided us until after we had received the food. She didn't check in on us but twice through the evening. I am so disappointed. I hope management does something to fix all of these complaints. This place was once upon a time AMAZING!

Very bad service server don't even know nothing about the food, they don't have a car seat holder for babies and the maneger said the high chair is too use upside and down, the upside was so dirty. Warning is there that is unsafe to is upside .

The service was horrible. The food took over 45 minutes to come out. The waitress wasn't friendly. The place wasn't even packed that evening. Not going there ever again!!!!

Food was ok, nothing special. Waitress messed up the order, brought out the wrong kind of meat on our taco. Somehow a Salvadoran restaurant didn't have pupusas. Not sure how that's possible. Overpriced, not worth the money.

Very bad attention for the customers, my food arrived too late, I asked for a mixed pelliscada and it was cold and I did not bring everything that said cold part, I ordered a corn tamal and they never brought it to me. To charge and tip and if you are very smart. Very bad experience.

Horrible experience! I usually do not write a review, but I was so annoyed with the level of customer service at this place. If I could rate no stars, I would have. The steak was burnt. My husband 's fajita was given last and received few pieces of steak. When I asked why he received so little, the waitress said that is how the cook measures it. On his plate, there were pieces of chicken, so it seemed that they just took off stuff from another plate. Also, my husband asked for extra salsa for the chips, the waitress said no. He was sick and did not want to spread his germ with the rest of our party. Even if he was not sick, she should not have said no. We order drinks and some of us did not even get them. We had two waitresses and still terrible service. They tried to charge my cousin for flat soda. When this was address with the waitress, she replied "everyone is drinking the soda." She was arguing with my cousin. I did not see any manager around.
