The hotel is big. Great if you book garden view. I am not keen on 3000 room hotels. But it is nice if you have a smaller budget. Food is included, but relatively basic. Turkish food outside the hotel is a lot better. Very noisy at night, clubs and music is on offer daily. 6 floor hotel. No kettle or tea. Iron is on offer at cost. It is not on the beach exactly, but there is a tractor (yes, actually cool) transfer to the beach ⛱. The beach is stony. Bring shoes to go swimming if your dont want to break a leg! They also offer food at the beach. And refreshments. The Turkish baths are amazing! Overall good.

Just came from vacations there with my family. The staff was very friendly, in overall it was a clean place, but the internet was an issue. We were ultraall inclusive and we had to pay to have access on our bedroom. Aqua park was excellent.

Avoid this place if you are looking a great experience.
Been to Turkey many time, have been to many great resorts but this place is the worst. It's nothing like it sells it self to be. Where do I start!!! If you come here expect to have no air conditioning apart from your room even that is not without it's problems. When I asked them about the air conditioning they said it's not on because of the pandemic which I naively believed but later discovered that they are turning the AC on sometimes. The food is the same quality everyday, expect to have your masks on and sweat dripping from off you while you waiting in the long queues for your food that will get cold by the time you have found a table and then again wait for around 30 minutes for your drinks. Staff are serving you but rude people are jumping queues that staff turn a blind eye to.
The patisserie should be open from 11am to 5pm as its says on their information sheet but it closes everyday around 2pm. Same with the lady that makes the pancake style snacks it says that's opens from 11am to 4pm but she is only there for 1 hour.
The room service is very very poor, the cleaners only make the bed if you're lucky and sometimes after reminding them, forget mopping the floor they don't clean the floor properly the bits of rubbish are still there. I can go on and on which is a shame because I'm sure no one wants to put any bad reviews, I certainly dont want to waste my time doing this, on but you look forward to a holiday especially in such difficult times, the last thing you want is to be disappointed
More people need to be honest so the owners take things seriously to make improvements. I would never come back to this hotel. Then one star I have given is for the slides pool and 1 or 2 bar men that have smiled when they serve you.response / report this review -

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone due to the bad experience we had. We stayed there for 7 days and our room weren’t cleaned at all, although they were supposed to be every day. We got 1 toilet paper and towels only after we requested it at the reception. In the minibars we had to wait 15-30 minutes for drinks and also, the food was almost the same every day. There are stones at beach the hotel offers, so be careful not to get hurt. In general, the hotel looks good on the outside but so unorganized on the inside.

Forgot my bag with my wallet that had at least £200+ and other personal stuff at the main restaurant!
Was returned to me within few hours! Nothing missing!
Great service and guest security. This makes the hotel and experience even more special.
