Had a great vacation here together with my wife. We had sea-view room and it was great view. Room was quiet. Furniture and devices were at good quality. Cleaning was good. Mostly we where at "Relax" swimming pool, there they have great sun loungers. Food was well done and variety of food was good.
Few things we didn't like, but they are minor:
- there were no non-smoking zone at swimming pools
- WC in rooms have glass doors with gaps, and you didn't feel privacy
- Brining drinks wasn't a priority for waiter's, it would not be a big problem if they would have separate table with tea and coffee as they setup in the morning for breakfast.response / report this review -

Rubi Platinum is a modern looking hotel with a Santorini-vibe, or similar greek/italian feeling but also with a touch of classic turkish style. Its located close to the sea and take about 1.5-2 hours from airport. Grand Bazaar is located very close for those who like market shopping.
Room - We liked how the room was shaped, that the sink area was open and the WC and shower were separated with each doors. Overall not so big room but with a nice and modern look. The room had poor wifi - slow and not connecting. Worst thing was the central aircon which mean we could not set the temperature ourselves. We had to call to the lobby to ask them to set the temperature which was annoying and the temperature we wanted also changed through the day. The last night we were gonna leave in the middle of the night for our transfer so we wanted to sleep early before pickup. At this time our aircon temp had gone up from 22 to 26 which mean we couldn’t sleep, we called down to lobby and they said they couldn’t change the temp until tomorrow (why?) and by then we would already be gone. We had to open the door but it wasn’t enough cold and then we had to hear the noisy traffic and couldn’t sleep anyway.
Pools - The two outside pools (one relax and one play pool) are both quite large. The bigger play pool also has a kid area close to it. The pools are located very centre in the resorts which makes it easy to access from the rooms. Although I would recommend Rubi to build a easy way from Main Restaurant area straight to pool area.
Beach - The beach is great, a lot of space for all kinds of needs, if you wanna play or just relax. It also has a few relax pavilions for extra charge (I never went there but it looked great). A few water sports like paragliding, banana boat, jet ski etc. could be done there.
Bars - The Lobby Bar at Rubi was the bar that made the best drinks and was very relaxed and sophisticated with the accessibility for board games and to smoke shisha. The other bars at the hotel didn’t provide that good of drinks, with less alcohol and were not mixed well which made most of them taste bad. Plus is though that they served various drinks and snacks all over the hotel area.
Restaurants- The food was very good, I don’t have much bad to say because even though the range of food wasn’t that large the quality was superb and I liked 95% of the things I tasted my whole week. The flexilus restaurant by the pool served great pizzas and salads too.
Service - The Lobby service was ok, not the most humble persons I’ve met and they didn’t speak so good English. Overall I have to say the service in all hotels facilities was very good, friendly people wherever you went.
Spa - The spa area was luxurious and well equipped with different types of saunas or cold rooms and with inside pools. They also had massage and other treatments for charge.
Waterpark - The waterpark was open for a few hours a day and it was looking nice and we had fun there. About the size you expect from a hotel area, so its not so big.
Shows - The evening shows were actually quite good for being ”hotel shows”, better than other hotel shows in Turkey we’ve been to so that was nice.
Overal Enviroment - We loved the look of this hotel and specially outside by the pools and the beach, all the palm trees and the small bushes makes it looks so nice. Facilities - Ice Cream stand open many hours a day was great, kids club seemed nice but didn’t travel with kids. The gym was good but the personal working there wasn’t very service minded, they were cold and just unfriendly.

It's very nice place for your honeymoon. Me and my husband were satisfied with everything and got enough rest. Their show programs are very exciting. Different foods, marvellous beach with private pavilions and atmosphere of fun

Loved the interior design and archtecture. The room was awesome. But the serbice in the restaurant and bar was quite slow. Also wifi sucked.

Big rooms
Great service
Friendly ,well trained,and hard working staff with outstanding management team.
The only downside was the slow internet and unprofessional bartenders.
Everything else was just perfect.

My family and I were on your hotel last week.We were 3 families,so 10 persons in total.I have to say it has been a great experience.My holidays turned up to be the best I ever had.The food and the rooms were incredibel and if I have to say so the beach was fantastic.The organization,including the entertainment was on point.If you are asking for my opinion,rasing from 1-10,my number will 10.Can't wait to spend some other holidays back to Rubi Palitnum.It's not our first time in Antalya but I have to say the service was great.I am very happy spending time in your gorgeous hotel.Thank you again for everything.It was an amazing summer!
