Poor WiFi on lobby and no WiFi at all 4 floor’s in hotel in 2021!!!

It's good to stay there if you're first time in Turkey but absence of pure unsalted water from tap and thus inability to wash yourself made it 3.

Lovely location, close to ATM and busstop. We got a view of the ocean though there are a couple points, lesser than great, about this hotel. The wifi only works in the lobby and sometimes in the restaurant but not in the rooms. Great straff but some of them can't speak English very well or hardly any at all. You only get the schampoo och soap when you arrive, no refills. The food in the restaurant was alright, nothing too special. I would recommend families or people that want to get away some what from the party side/center of Alanya.

If there is some award for the worst hotel in the world, they would be at the 1st place, no doubt. We arrived at hotel at 11:30am, they told us that we can go into the rooms at 01:30pm. I said "ok, will wait in lobby, give me the wifi password". I got the answer that Im gona get password when I enter the room, not before. After 2 hours, they said that room is ready, but I will get internet one hour after i go to my room???? When I asked "why?", they told me "that is the sistem"(????!) I went to my room, went to restoran, back to room and still there is no wifi. I went to reception, they said that there is no internet in rooms, just in lobby. And they dont say like that at booking.com, trivago etc. Food is poor, forget about photos from booking.com, it is not like that. Beach is without any music, no wifi, they are telling you to go from the beach and from the pool at 6pm. So after 6pm, there is no place you can be, only in room or lobby.

+ Nice location, close to many restaurants and bars
+ The room was quite big, nice and clean but you could hear noise from the corridor
+ There was a direct path from the hotel to the beach which made it very easy to be by the beach
- The staff could not speak English and were not really helpful.
- Wifi was terrible
- Most of the hotel's guests were from Russia and almost all the activities, music, food, etc was Russian.
- The food was not terrible but not very good either. The repeated menu over the days, especially the dinners were quite poor. Some parts of the food that were served were not fresh and seemed like they were reheating the food from days before
- Drinks were low quality and served only until 11 pm
