Small room. Great location. Wqs a bit tricky to find. Bang in the middle of the old town. Ease of access to public transport. Complimentary rooftop breakfast, with a great view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Plenty of places to eat around. Slightly expensive, but recommend for the location. Docked one star (would've given it a 3.5, if possible) because the room wasn't ready till 2pm, even though the check in time was 12pm. Was forced to roam around the area till then.

Didn't stay overnight but just went there for a hammam and a massage. Was great! Thanks to Zeki who runs the spa and also to the friendly staff at reception who taught us how to play backgammon while serving us free tea!👌

Ideally situated outside Sultan Ahmet tram station. The Ambassador hotel offers reasonably priced rooms which are clean and well managed. Free breakfast is offered from 7 to 10am. The views of Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Bosphorus from the Restaurant and outdoor dining place are jaw droppingly good.
The service is very good for a 3 star hotel. There complimentary tea and cakes between 3-5pm. The Ambassador Hotel has a Spa in the Basement floor with a sauna, Turkish Hamaam and a small gym. I had anll invigorating 1.5 hour spa session with Zeki the Spa Manager which included Peel & Foam and massage at a reasonable price!

Clean and Ideally situated hotel directly behind the tram stop in Sultan Ahmed. The views of both The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia from the rooftop are breathtaking. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here 3 times already and doubt I would ever stay anywhere else when traveling to Istanbul. The location is perfect directly across the tram station and easy to get around. Very easy to get to and from Ataturk airport. The rooms are small but well equipped, when is Istanbul you don't spend much time in the hotel anyway. Very close to all the attractions you would like to see. The pricing of this hotel is good and the breakfast is great especially overlooking The Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque from the terrace. Sitting on the terrace and the views are priceless. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Very helpful staff members, they do their best to make us feel confortable. The breakfast is also good and the view from the balcony is amazing. Rooms are clean although a bit old. It is located 30 meters away from the Sultanahmet tramway station and also very very close to Sultanahnet mosque and Ayasofya. I think it's the best hotel you can get in that price range in this area.

Great hotel close to Blue Mosque and other sights. View from the breakfast room is beautiful. Breakfast itself was good too. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were also very professional and helpful, providing a welcome tea with cake and then Turkish delights when leaving. Lots of nearby restaurants too.
