A very good hotel located in the heart of Istanbul in the middle of the busy area. Very clean. A good selection of various food for breakfast. Since is located in a busy area so if you suffer from insomnia or shallow sleep then this hotel is not for you as it attracts crowd noise from the streets

Excellent service. They really know how to take care of the guest. Any complain I had was taken as a red flag and they had done their absolute best to ensure my comfort.
Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. City Lights lounge at the top floor has the best view in the city, especially at night!

I've been in this fantastic hotel twice and it was unbelievable. Its location, rooms view, dishes and welcoming staff make it one of the best hotels ever I've been in so far
If someone goes there I suggest to try the Turkish hammam and sauna, they are very relaxing and FREE ;)response / report this review -

The hotel and the staff were really great. However, the location of the hotel is not good at all. Specially when anything goes around the Beshiktash Stadium, then you can't reach the hotel easily by car!!

Friendly staff great location 2min walk from the airport bus drop off. Concierge explained very clearly how to get into town using public transport. The hotel upgraded us to a suite which was exceptional with great river views. I cant fault this hotel had a great stay loved it

Stayed here for there nights. It is worth every penny. Friendly staff at the front desk, the concierge, housekeeping and so on. Very nice spa and pool are. I wish more guests would stay here to discover Istanbul. A lot of restaurants in walking distance.
