It's a really bad hotel the evening gentleman at reception is so nice.. But the two ladies in the morning are Soo Soo rude the one with the eye glasses was complaining every time I ask for anything and she even charged me 5 TL when I asked for a copie of passports and the lady with colored hair was rude two specialy at the checking out time they thought I don't understand turkish but she literally said : " oooofff what the hell does this woman wants in the morniiing " it's so rude I didn't like that

What an absolute disaster this hotel was. How can it be rated 4 5 stars is beyond me. No water no mini bar no kettle no gowns nothing in the room. Hot water was charged at 5tl per glass. Service was very bad no one helped us to our room. Breakfast was gross very unhygienic premises. Worst hotel I've stayed in. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The only nice thing was the view from our balcony.

I would suggest everyone that don’t waste your money over here. I’m currently staying here as I don’t have any option at the moment. The room in which I’m staying is so smelly and just now we found a gutter line passing through the walls. The carpets seems like they aren’t washed since ages, housekeeping has no idea how to clean the room. This place charges even if you ask them for a cup. Have to call them atleast 7-8 times for house keeping, towels, toilet papers and other stuff.

This is not a 4 star hotel, it should be maximum 1, reception staff are rude impolite and barely speaks english, no daily room cleaning, everything old and smelly, no towels in rooms you need to call 6 7 times until somebody understand you and get you 1 towel for a dbl room. Breakfast so bad, no variety and fries are served for breakfast. Just one good thing about this place is the location.

The location of the hotel is really good. But this is not a hotel you enjoy. That is the poorest hotel I have ever spent time in The receptionists are not friendly, there is not a safe place in there to keep your luggage before check-in or check-out. The swimming pool is the only eye catching amenity but it was closed with no reason. I could have booked other nearby hotels with lower prices if I had known swimming pool is just a trick. Breakfast was good for birds. There wasnt even a kettle in the room to boil water. The worst scenario case was room cleaning. In the 4th night of our stay and after coming back to our room we faced a crazy room there was no towel no sheet and no one made the bed. Just they made a mess!!!!! Soooo wonderful ha!!!!??? So if you want to enjoy your trip, book another hotel.

4 star hotel??????? Not even worth a tour in. Lets start with the rooms. We arrived at like 10 a.m. and they would not hand us a room. "Check in at 2". "Check in at 2" was all they said rudely. We had to sleep in the lobby. We were nine people and their were kids. Once the awaited rooms were handed, the smell knocks you out. The sheets were not clean. The fridge was empty. The curtains occationally fell. The safe did not unlock. And the a.c. functions poorly. Try complaining. Doesn't work. All you get are empty promises. We were even seperated to differents blocks. The management can be summaraized by " rude, useless, and empty headed". You talk but all they can hear is the sound of their own voices. Make sure you complain about everything you find disfunctional once you eneter the room, because be sure that you will be accused of being the one responsible for said broken stuff. Talk all you want. Nothing. You might even be yelled at and threated by police. They will even hide some of your bags without your notice to make sure you can't leave. All in all. Never again. Ever.

Good location near taksim square. The room are not clean, we found diapers and other trash in room after we checked in. The staff are not professional, customer service is very poor not worth the price you pay. really not coming back to this hotel next time.

Well as a start ,the room was clean ,breakfast is amazing and the location is the best part , I stayed for 4 nights all i can say is it's an excellent hotel to stay and to start your day in istanbul.thank you .i hope to vist turkey again to check in your hotel again 👍🏼

Arrived early in the morning at around 5 .. Traveling with 3 kids . Said book in only at 2.. We asked for another room in the meantime that we could pay extra for they refused and said we had to wait for the manager. During that time we sat n slept in foyer hotel.. Whilst they had altercations with other guests.. They were unhelpful and rude and could not be bothered.. We staying here for 3 nights not looking forward to it !
