Perfect for ur business trip to Istanbul, (especially if the event is being held at cnr expo, add to it the close distance to the airport and the shuttle bus service)
Staff is friendly and professional, the whole experience was smooth and relaxing.

Good hotel near the airport and next to CNR expo center. Within walking distance, which is convenient for exhibitors or visitors.

Dodgy prices silly staff i booked online for 4 peoples 2 rooms included breakdast wgeb i got there You are booked but one room and with out breakfast I said I wanna cancel my booking he goes we can't coz you booked online I don't have choice I said ok please book another room for my 2 friends they charged half price from them it's rediclus we can't cancel our booking after 10 minutes stuff can't help us we booked with breakfast but unfortunately we didn't have break fast my friends had half price and break fast really disappointed Rooms are extremely hot. It does not matter if you turn on the AC or even open the window. 2. Room has no coffee machine or even water heater to make Nescafe or tea! 3. Staff not that helpful, it could be because of the policy, but they did not allow a visitor to come up for a room , although it was guaranteed that this visitor cannot sleep in the room because it is double and we had already 2 people in the room! it was extremely annoying and it never happened with any hotel ever before! 4. It was a cheap price for my friends, but i would have preferred to have a better quality and a price to reflect it. It was not really worth the saving. Couldn't sleep whole night when rang for help they gave me silly answer air condition
Only work in summer they think people's are stupid really disappointed👎👎👎👎👎

Only good thing is the fact it is close to the airport. Room is old and in need of an update. The internet actually says low speed.

Great service and rooms. Perfect for a night or 2 if your plane is delayed/cancellation. Metro station is very close.

Reasonable accomodation close to the airport. Free aiport to hotel shuttle every 30 minutes going on time - not usual for every hotel in Istanbul. Breakfast is moreless OK. Very often is booked out.

This 5 star hotel deserves 5 star. Nice room, good service and good food. No hassle stay, convenient location (next to airport).

Close to airport. They have free regular shuttle service to airport if you are staying there. Prices are also reasonable.

Had a good stay at the Hotel. Really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Staff could be more helpful at the reception.

Hotel is far away from the main city. Hotel shuttle is not available from 11 am to 2:30 pm for airport pick and drop. Overall hotel and rooms are neat and clean and sound prove. Internet is very bad slow connection. No electric cattle is available in the room for hot water especially small children. Hotel staff is good and helpful.

With nice rooms, tidy and clean, quiet at night, the hotel guarantees complete comfort to its guests. The staff is polite and there is a free shuttle service to the airport. Moreover, a train station is nearby and takes you to the Blu Mosque in a few minutes. Great place to stay, both for business men/women and travelers. I spent there roughly a week and the only cons were the restaurant, temporarily out of order (I just had to walk 30 m and get to the one next to the building) and the shuttle, which served only on mornings one every 30 mins. Very good

I love this place. It's close to the airport, staff is super helpful, rooms are nice and clean. They have a shuttle for the airport, there is a metro station close by and they call a cab for you if you need. We had an early flight, our taxi arrived in like 30 seconds, we were at the airport in less then 10 minutes I think and it costed the same with 2 person metro trip. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked a last minute discounted overnight stay here with our Turkish Airlines boarding pass after we had a 20-hour layover and was very pleased with our experience. Pretty standard hotel that will suit all basic needs. Unfortunately they only had two single beds rather than a double for us, but not the end of the world. Wifi is a little slow, but free, and if you are only using if for standard browsing then you should be fine. The included free breakfast is quite impressive and tasty. It is easily accessible by the metro from the airport and to the tourist attractions (e.g. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar) via the DTM stop on the M1a line.

Issues are: unprofessional staff for a five star hotel. Internet is super slow. Different noises from the corridor and nearby streets.

I'll summarise my issues, Internet is infuriatingly slow, they want you to pay 6 euro a night for faster speeds. Breakfast isn't great. Aircon broken. Room temperature is outrageously hot even with window open 24 hours a day (it's only Feb) which also means you can hear the airport through the night. Pillows are the smallest you've ever seen. Mini bar light remains illuminated with no ability to turn it off. Nothing available to walk to. Water is expensive given that you can't drink tap water.

I'd say it's probably OK for just 1 night but after just 4 I've cancelled and relocated to a better hotel 2km away.

It's a decent hotel. All rooms are the same with two beds and bath. You can order a third bed if you need. Breakfast is included. It's close to the airport so it's good for an overnight stay.
