The best hotel I have ever stayed in !! Very clean very good breakfast the staff the is the best of the best all of them .. the hotel smells wonderful when you do your check in they give you treat at your room also has hairdresser massage gym ! It's one minute from taksim .!! Keep up the good work you guys

Disappointing overall. Hotel lobby appears rather grand but staff barely speak English, get very aggressive and seem to lack basic training in customer service. Here, the customer is always wrong. Rooms small but well-appointed but you will get used to road noise, constant car horns, call to prayer bellowing from nearby speakers, etc. Breakfast area totally inadequate with staff rushing to throw you out and clear tables. Asking for a cup of tea is a labour of love and we found waitera rude and frankly intrusive. Room service equally poor. No pool or decent leisure other than a small gym and sauna. Overall, disappointing experience compared with other better Rixos chain hotels. No sign of any manager or senior management for the three days we have been ill-treated here so far!

Good place except staff at the Gym (no English), no access during our stay, because the the person at the Gym (tall Lady = 0 English). I do prefer another place with English speaking

If you want a 5 stars hotel with one of the best views in town then this is the place.
The restaurant at the top is highly recommended even if you were not a guest. Great view specially at sunset, great place for special occasions and delicious food. Service is worthy of a 5 stars rank, you could ask the staff anything and they will accommodate your requests.response / report this review -

Don’t expect a 5 star service—more like 3 or 4–staff needs training. Coffee is bad. Nobody was smiling—the lobby is nice, but the quality of service equal to an average fast food restaurant.

Had the worst experience in this hotel. Went outside for 4 hours when coming back i found that they checked me out because they didnt find anything in the room. And the receptionist was so sure of him self that he is right.

Beautiful place, excellent service. Breakfast on the rooftop with beautiful view. Hotel 3 walking minutes from istiklal but away from noise and commotion. Close to public transportation.

Lousy manager (not duty manager) and lousy staff. Hotel was good, breakfast was good. Great location but all the fun was gone with the attitude of the manager and concierge who could never get any bookings on time. I

Amazing hotel, really clean and luxury, the staff we're amazing and friendly. The breakfast was on the roof and it was delicious, service was great, wifi on point. The rooms and the spa were absolutely stunning. The hotel scent was lavender which was gorgeous. I would so go back to this hotel in future. You can't go wrong with his amazing hotel.

Once in a while a superb deal turns up, and this was one of it. We found a decent night's stay in this 5 star hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The hotel was oozing of opulence, yet not too much till it chokes you. The room was spacious, designed like in a classical Boroque style with modern ammenities. The hotel had nice range services. Being close to Taksim square, one can have an adventurous wander around and retire to the comforts of the hotel. Highly recommended if the price is right.

Fantastic rooms, facilities, reception and very helful concierge. Epic Irish pub full of expats. Only criticism exists around the breakfast staff, slightly poorer service than one would expect from a 5 star hotel.
