Worst staff ever. We were sitting in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready like 9 hours. And when i said that we can't wait that long cause we are tiered the receptionist said to uss to go sleep in the restorant on the chairs !!!

The hotel is old and the food is bad. Everyday the same things, nothing to choose. Cleaning is very poor, wi fi is not free. The single advantage is location just near the sea, pools are clean and well designed..

Horrible place! Dust everywhere, old and steined sheets, smelly bars (all bars had a weird smell), mold in the bathroom, peel of wallpaper, and the list can continue.

The only place nice was the pool. But hei, pools you can find anywhere.

Is just 5 hours that i am in this place and is the worst experience of my life. We arrived here at 10 am and they didn't give yet to us a room. Is the most dirty place that i have ever seen, starting with the food that is disgusting, with the dishes that are not cleaned, even to thr chairs you can't sit from all the dirty thst they have. And the best part you pay 1500 euro and they don't give even a place where to stay to the beach or to the pool, they say we can't do nothing, is full. So we are spending money to stay in a terrible dirty place, without a room, and with very unpolite staff

Nice hotel, good food, nice rooms and great stuff. Great slides and great pools. The food from the terrace are really good and the all inclusive it's great.

first of all this is not a hotel its a jail, the food is ba theres o lights the air condeciner doesnt work. its very dirty and the worst problem is theres no wifi!!! i dont recommend you to stay at this hotel i hope that they will close it soon

Lets start to describe this awfull hotel. Check in doesnt start before two in the afternon so of your flight arrives early you will have to wait in the very hot lobby where there is no air conditioning.The hall ways have no air conditioning aswell. Some of the rooms have air conditioning some dont have! So we went in the room after paying an exra fee for early check in the room was small and somewhat clean but we had one double bad with one single bed cover. In the showercabin i found some red hair and insects. My friends room hand no conditioning, a destroyed matrees and a horrible smell in the toilet. The verde bar serves snacks but it has no shade so you eat the snacks in the burning sun and also you are not allowed to take the snacks out of the bar. The main restaurant serves bufe meals, the taste is disgusting and the recycle the food so of they roast chicken for dinner you will find the leftovers in the casserole tomorrow. Desserts are the ones you buy in the store and fruit is very bad often rotten. We had all-inclusice package but had to pay for spa and all the games we even had to buy a ping pong ball for play. The pool is very warm and some local people go in with their clothes not swim suit for covered woman but clothes they go on the street, also go to the toilet without shoes and then straight in the pool. The resort gives pool side towels but mine were dirty stained with blood. Wi-fi is free only for the first 100 mb than we paid 4 euros per day. The resort after finishes serving dinner closes all the out door lights and you are left with nothing to do. There is a bar that serves at night but drinks are very bad served in plastik glasses that often are very dirty, acctually all the dishes are often very dirty and none of the drinks are authentic often cheap and you will never find something that comes in a can. There is no fresh fruit juice only the thing you make from mixing some flavourd powder with water, no decent coffe only the one from vending machines. Entertaiment is mainly for children. The sea infront of the resort is full of stones and the beach is dangerous. Now the most scandalous thing. There is no security at all only a cule lady with a walki-talkie that goes around. One of the days one drunk man went inside a little girls room and started molesting her. Her mother was screaming for 10 minutes before some one went there to help. And what amazed me the most was the fact that the hotel did not want to call police because of bad publicity!!!!! So please do not come to this hotel. You vacation will be ruined like mine

I apreciate your service and hospitable, but I have some tips for your managemant. At the first, I should have a swimming pool with lanes. Second, the pool cleaning wasn't good. Third, roomservice wasn't good, the cleaner didn't bring shawer towels for two days long, but the food was very good. Thank you for all that you done for us !!!
