We enjoyed our 2 week stay here so much ! Animators were amazing, kept us always busy with dart games, zumba all sorts of pool games. Really nice spa centre totally worth it ! Only minus we found was people waiting for food, ques were really large and cook's couldn't make food fast enuf to feed us ;)

Great relaxing holiday. Very big clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to do for all ages: from mini disco to live shows water polo and even bingo!

Food is very good with themed nights and a huge selection keeping it interesting.

Would highly reccomend it and come here again or try one one of the other crystal hotel.

Only criticism would be that the staff are too tolerant of rude people and should address this problem.

Nice location and big hotel space. However packed with a lot of people the buffet restaurant is rammed packed with people. There are relaxing areas for having cocktails and beers, nice snack bar which serves freshly cooked food. However the ingredient is not the fresh as you can expect from hotel serving 2000+ guest at same time. Definitely go early to your included meals to avoid disappointment. The spa is so so, because they offered nice deal to couples but only the sales know English and the remaining staff don't speak. So it was hard to communicate and get the best out of them. However their traditional Turkish Haman bath is cool and it's free for use. Room decor is little outdated and in need of renewal. Room service was good and provides new drinks everyday in your mini bar (if you gone for all inclusive) General service is good, people was nice. However they don't speak much English and some looked they rather be elsewhere.

Had a great stay at Crystal Admiral Resort Suites & Spa. Our Senior Family Suite was out of this world and enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the bedroom. Food and drink was reasonable but nothing special. Staff mostly friendly and helpful.

We are staing as a family of 6 person in this hotel for 10 days. This is the best hotel in Side . The personal is very kind. They clean your rooms everyday. There is food for everybody, (i know this because my sister is picky) but mashalla she is eating well. The pool amd the beach is very clean. The animation tim is Awessome!! Hands down to efe for playimg zumba we dont see a male dancing SO BRAVO! AND THE SHOW AT THE AMPHITEATAR IS MUST SEE, I WAS CRY LAUHING SO VERY GOOD JOB ATIMATION TIM. IF YOU HAVE CHANCE YOU NEED TO COME HERE. 😍😍

I had a very bad experience over there. We went as a group to this "5 star" hotel and paid for Ultra All Inclusive and we were so disapointed to find out that the hotel actually is at most a 3 star not a 5 star hotel as they promote themselves. The menu was almost the same every day, not so good, and drinks were the worst I had even seen. There were just few waiters to speak english. Again, very bad,

The place is far far away from 5 star, old base, food repeated every day, not so classy , its ok for 3+ or 4 star.Its not bad place just old.

Great environments and animation team to keep you occupied and prevent from getting bored. Very good service, rooms and food. Weak wireless connection and the inner swimming pool is not the strongest point. Preferable for families rather than couples. Noisy pool but quiet beach.

Please stay away from this hotel it is no good its dirty .also the food is no good and it's in the middle of nowhere can't even buy food any where it's more like a 2 star in came here 14 /09/2016 for 5 night I can't wait to get out of here
