nice hotel but really bad services. the staff is very rude, treats you like you're an animal and if you want to complain to somebody, suddenly, no one knows english anymore.

There are too much russians and they didn't care about the calmness of the other guest.
Food was good but the resaturant is a mess. Also the Rooms was not as clean as they should be in a 5* Hotel. The sea in this area is not recommendable. The satff was indifferent

This hotel is clean and you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes, on the beach they have a cantina and a bar where you can order without go back to the hotel. They have a lot of activities daily.

On the other reviews you will read that the restaurant sucks, I really think that is good enough.

All the turkish citizen are SO KIND with the tourist, unbelievably!!!, people on the city will help you in whatever you need.

Cons:
- Even with the all included they have stuffs you may pay appart, some juices for example.

- The Wi-Fi is extremly bad.

- NOBODY there speak english, 1,5/10 people if you lucky.

- This hotel is 3,5 hours away from the airport.

Structures and facilities of an European 5 stars, but service lacks a bit of professionalism, and there are to many payed extras, even with the all-inclusive offer. Great place for family vacations, nonetheless.
