Lovely resort, not very many English people here, mainly Russian so found it hard to mix.

Resort itself is beautiful & grounds, pool, play area, theatre etc all lovely. Food was gorgeous & tasty and varied each day, catering for children too with their own area of foods.

Rooms were lovely & spacious and has WiFi too.

Rooms were clean and stylish, bathroom was neat and big enough. Food was excellent and there were snacks available almost every moment.

Staff was helpful but sometimes too fast, plates were gone before we even started eating!

Evening show was every night, that was good and entertaining.

Beach area was awesome too, just loved it. Pools were good and water slides too. Animation group had every day some action, water gym, stretching, games etc.

Nice spa hotel with very friendly staff! Clean rooms with air conditioner, TV and balcony. Delightful buffet with daily changing themes. Cool drinks round the clock, served by the most friendly bartenders.
Large swimmingpool with some entertainment like watersports or other games during the day. There are also some slides and a separate kids pool. The beach is very close to the hotel with an additional bar. Other activities like mini-golf, tennis, bowling or a game center are also located in the hotel.

The family-friendly food and drinks are nice. The pools are large clean and adequate, sports and hiking possibilities are good, and the air quality is superb. I advise. Absolutely.

A fabulous hotel. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. I think cleaning is number 10. I found my family looking for a hotel in the center for environmental trips. We stayed here for 3 nights. The comments were very nice. After I stayed, I confirmed how accurate the comments were made. Especially with breakfast and variety, he still deserves 10 numbers. In the city I do not need to look for another place to stay.

The hotel was gorgeous. The beach was spacious. The water was cristal clear and super warm all the time. The pool was huge and got cleaned daily. There was a water park for adults and one for children. My nephew loved the children's water park. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. They were all working a minimum of 12+ hours per day, and always welcomed you with a smile. All standart rooms had a queen bed and a twin bed, which worked out perfectly for myself and my family. Everyone's favorite was Tunc O from the entertainment team, he was hilarious. The shows were amazing.

Things to improve:

The rooms were dirty. There was apparently a shortage in housekeeping staff. The beds were dirty and dusty underneath. We had 3 room between myself and my family and our sheets were never changed for the durations of our 10 days stay. The housekeepers were so nice, but they didn't have enough supply of sheets and towers.

There was a general manager (Sedat was his name if I'm not mistaken). He was so mean to all staff. Always yelling at them, giving them dirty looks and terrorizing them, even though they were working their buts off all day in the hot kitchen. I made sure i sat where I could not seen him yell at everyone because he ruined my night. We called him Hitler because he acted like one.

Burak, the entertainment manager was kind very strict with his staff, which didn't fit his position. They did a foam party one day, and I begged staff to have a sip of my drink out of the heat of the moment. They all refused saying "No no, the manager is here". You gotta loosen up Burak. If people are paid to entertain us, they can't do it without being part of the fun.

Also, the shades on the beach were seethrough fabric which didn't block the sun and the heat at all. It got really uncomfortable and hot, especially in the afternoon.

Overall it was a good experience. I'd go back again.

This place is almost a excellent hotel, I'll start with the negative. The 1 major let down is the ac or lack of in the rooms. You obviously come away for the nice weather but as the hotel advertises it has ac in the rooms and it really doesn't so it's sweaty uncomfortable nights sleep every night😊

The food and the staff are excellent, most speak English at some level. The hotel it self is spotless, they are always cleaning. The pool area has plenty of room and every where smells of flowers, they're not all hard sell with the extras as well. They try and get you to visit the spa but they're not hard sell.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very well designed, the facilities are excellent. Food is very good although choice isn't huge - it does vary somewhat day to day. Fantastic for kids with so many varieties of water slides and rides. You won't be disappointed if you stay in this 5 star hotel.

We were there in April 2014.
The building is monumental, with various facilities around. We really had fun there. Clean surroundings, many swimming pools and access to the beach.
AMAZING restaurant with live cooking, everyday something new, cuisine both traditional and from all over the world.
Big "-" for lack of Internet for all 9 days.

Liked it there, service was great, personal very helpful.
We were there at the end of April and season starts from May, so some restaurants was closed and there was no ice cream, but that's all we can name as cons.
Really enjoyed staying here.
Huge plus to be there before main season is that hotel was not crowded. (approximately only 100 guest)

We stayed as a family of four (2 toddlers) from the 7th to the 14th July 2016 for a family break. It was my daughters (2 year old) first holiday and our 4th visit to Turkey - I'm just so glad it wasn't our first as it would have put me off Turkey for good.

Summary:
The holiday was a big let down for us, overcrowding was the main reason for our disappointment - if your planning to visit, avoid during busy periods (July/August) the facilities are inadequate for high guest volumes. You will likely spend a large amount of time queueing.

Very popular hotel with Turkish, Russians and Germans - the hotel/Okurcalas area appears well suited to such guests.

Location - not a great deal to see or do locally - a long way to Antalya and 30 miles from Alanya.

Hotel grounds:
The hotel is beautiful and the grounds team do an excellent job of maintaining the gardens, the landscaping is excellent - a well planted and manicured grounds.

Spa:
If there is one thing you should spend your money and time on it is a trip to the spa - we make a habit of visiting every hotel spa we stay in and the Mukarnas spa experience was delightful. The Indonesian masseuse we had was excellent as were the spa staff themselves. We had an excellent package deal consisting of a Turkish bath, face mask and oil massage and it was just what was needed to relieve the stress of our stay. Sauna and steam rooms are available for guest use as well as a what looked like a well equipped gym and the indoor pools which are worth a visit if you need a break from the sun/sun lounge sardines. Which brings me onto.

Swimming pools:
The hotel has 3 outdoor pool areas: a large 1.4m deep pool, a water slide pool area and a children's/baby pool area. We stuck with the shallow baby pool which also has 3 mini slides. This was my kids favourite area. The pool areas are nice however there is not enough capacity for the number of guests at the hotel. Getting a pair of sun loungers for our family of four was incredibly difficult, we usually settled for just one.

Beach:
The beach is probably a better option for those wishing to sunbathe with a little more peace and the sea/jetty is a great place to take a dip. The beach is much like the rest of those we've seen around Turkey - rocky. The beach bar is much quieter than the others too. There is a play area for kids here but it was too hot during the day (July) for them to play there. One of the neighbouring hotels is closed so the beach is pretty quiet.

There are a number of semi private pergolas/beach huts around the hotel which can provide a great place to relax and get away from the crowds.

Play areas:
There are a number of play areas for kids including table tennis, giant chess, jungle gyms, trampolines. Children are well catered for although the hotter months may be best avoided.

The hotel is okay and the cleaner staff but the reception ppl so awful and rude luck of customer service .not speak English.
Not recommend for English speakers.
