Swimming pool: despite no smoking signs for public, staff who work there constantly smoke, so when we swim with children we can hardly breathe amid smoke pollution! The staff keep the lights of the pool switched off and we have always to request the lights to be switched on! The staff keep on asking us to keep quiet and as you know it is hard to control the voices of children when they play in the pool. It was a frustrating experience in the pool and the gym suffocated by staff smoking non stop!!! No one from the management seems to check or bother. Where is supervision?!

Good hotel. Swimming pool smaller than shown on website. I think the location is the best bit seeing Istanbul

Not a 4 star hotel but a good 3 star hotel. You get value for money. The reception staff was very helpful. Beds and toilets were cleaned properly. They provided an extra bed for my 4 year old for free. Location is very good. 15 min walk to the Grand Bazaar and 20 odd min walk to Hagia Sophia. Tram station is also nearby.

Very good hotel! The staff was kind, the room was comfy and the breakfast serves all tastes. It is near Agia Sofia & the Blue Mosque.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel. But a good 3 star hotel. At the 60€ a night i paid for a triple room I consider it good value. Location is good, max 10 minutes walk to Metro, Tram or Marmery. Great city , well worth the visit.

Rooms are big and clean with a nice bathroom. Service wasnt the best. We had a small problem that they managed to solve but it could have been handled better. Otherwise nothing to complain about

This is far from Deluxe hotel. Manufacturing is superficial and done of substandard materials, cleaning is questionable. Our room had a "view" on inside court filled with junk and pigeons. Breakfast is at good (rooftop) location and of reasonably wide variety. The center of old city is in walkable distance.
