It's well maintained, clean friendly staff especially Mileh , he really went out of his way to assist us 😀😁 it's centrally situated 5/10min away from the Tram Station , Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia . Plenty of food outlets and Tour operators, a must see Bursa Tour😃😃

Location is amazing, we were able to walk to a lot of the places without getting tired. The hotel staff is incredible! Haven't come across more helpful and nicer people, really. The week we spent in Istanbul was amazing thanks to the managers and the owner of the hotel, they guided us every morning on where to go and which route to take. Good luck!

The best hotel I've stayed at in istanbul. Friendly staff & management. Rooms are in a good size, clean and simple, also a very good price!. What i like the most is the care and friendly way of dealing with us from all the staff. I strongly recommend it!

My wife Margaret and I stayed at Hotellino for just 20 hours. Because of the owner Berge's advice and assistance we were able to see almost all of Istanbul. What a wonderful city. Even the people are friendly and courteous. Of course in money dealings be careful, but generally the prices are way cheaper than in USA. The hotel itself was spotless, clean, everything worked. And most importantly a huge breakfast! Not expensive. The hotel is just a short walk from the Grand Mosque and Hagar Sophia too.

s excellent not only because is neat and has lovely style. It is excellent because they allow me to check in with no reservation and off regular hours to check in. My flight should departure at 2:30am and was cancelled. I have no place to go besides de airport's hotel (€134 for 6 hours) and of course I was not allowed to remain 24hrs at the lounge. They did everything for me when I need it most.
The staff is kind and helpful. I have no words to express how thankful I am. This is no longer a hotel in Istanbul, this is my home in Istanbul!response / report this review -

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable-
The owner is very friendly and very exceptional.
The breakfast is very rich of different kind of food , salads, fruits, omellet,
and the servant man very friendly and always smiling.
This hotel worth its stars and one more star for hospitality.
