Odalar küçük ve odadaki eşyalar eski. Lobi bakımsız
Room wasn't clean. Linens were dirty. The closet was broken. Fridge wasn't working. No safebox in the room.Very bad breakfast. There was no lift to breakfast room. Staff were kind but didn't speak English. Internet connection was good.
Not good
Very bad hotel, booked to stay for 10 nights, I left after 1 night. The room was small, dusty and unclean. There is this employee (Ayub) who does everything, cleaning the rooms, cooking breakfast and porter. The other employee, the receptionist was very rude. It is overpriced and bad. Not a lot of options for breakfast and you need to use the stairs to get there, even though there is a lift. But the lift does not take to this floor. However, the view was nice from the terrace on top, where breakfast is served.
Comfort and clean. Nice staff. Many sightseeing nearby.
My hubby and I are backpackers and travel on budget. This hotel is a good choice for tourists specially Muslims who are concerned with Tiharat and such things. The hotel is near public transportation station, Aya Sophia, and Grand Bazar. I highly recommend this hotel.Enjoy your trip guys ;)
The staff were very friendly, the hotel rooms were small for my liking. It is a trek up to the Grand Bazaar and a long walk to the main touristy places, but if you like walking, then it's alright. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
It is a good hotel all stuff are friendly and it is reasonable. ..I think It will be a right hotel for me in future
Great and close to palace.
Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Most of our tours in Turkey were custom organised cost effectively with the help of reception staff. Breakfast needs to improve.
Every one is very friendly and helpful
