It was nothing like the one in picture. Small rooms, vey small dining area, a very usual breakfast. The location was good and there was a great kurd reception boy.

DISGUSTING PLACE. When we first arrived the air conditioning did not work and the rooms were hot. We left for our tour and came back to find a cockroach on the bed because we left the windows open to breathe. When l called the staff to come up and remove it he had a very sarcastic comment in the meaning of "hold it and throw it off the window" after 10 minutes or so l made him come up to remove it since we had already paid for 2 days in that bloody hotel we could not move. He came and removed it and told me that they raise these in their house. Disgusting enough for me to never think of it again.

Very good hotel with nice and hospitality staff recomended for who searching historical and old places as its very near to galata tower and most of public transportations, hotel facility very good and the reception staff are wonderful.

Location is perfect! Service is very friendly. They speak proper English as well. Breakfast is served on 7th floor with great view, the breakfast itself is boribg though! In the rooms, sheets and towels are old. Curtains was kind of dirty.

Good breakfast with a view that comes included. Friendly reception- had some room issues but they responded promptly (door lock being the main one). Overall it was a positive experience and very reasonable for the good location!! We weren't in our hotel a whole lot anyways and A/C was always working when we were.

Very small room with no window to out door. Poor breakfast and small , we had a problem 3 days with air conditioner and when i told general manager , he answered 'what can i do"

Hi, I really don't know why!!!. Is it really 4 star hotel? Just I can say it's a terrible hotel with very very small and hot rooms which air conditioner doesn't work.

We paid only 30 euro for a room (breakfast included). Friendly staff, clean-comfortable room and beautiful view from terrace during tasty breakfast
