Need improvements
Very little english speaking makes it hard to communicate.
We were disturbed at 2 am by someone entering our room and waking us up scared without any apologies what so ever.
Staff need training in hospitality and customer service.
We stayed there for six nights
We got the standard room which is very small with no space to move, no sun light, you wouldn’t notice the difference between day and night.
Strong cigaret smell always in the corridor
Bathrooms and toilet, shower not clean and dirty mould and dark marks noticeable everywhere.
Shower door didnt close properly allowing the water to run into toilets every time we shower.
No tea or coffee or hot water in the room
Our bedsheets didn’t get changed the whole time
Aircon works fine
Wifi works fine
Breakfast was fine with a few options
Staff were relatively nice and not rude

The price is so high related to their facilities. The wifi system does not work. we have a very bad experience there and do not like the hotel. The breakfast is not good too. The hotel has a good access to Taksim sq. and tourist places near this beautiful square and also it is near to subway which you could reach other part very easy.

نظيف وموقعه قريب من ميدان تقسيم سكنت في غرفه 303 بمبلغ 138 ليره تركي شامل الإفطار لشخصين
