Good Value for the price paid. I stayed in this hotel twice, the first one was perfect. However during my second stay we had a couple of complaints on the hotel's staff. Still the hotel is in a perfect location near Taksim square and Istiklal Avenue.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location right to one side of Taksim square. Rooms are a nice size decorated in dark colours. But as this hotel is in the "special" category the style is quite ok. Easy access to trams, buses, funicular and airport transportation. Cafes, restaurants, shopping street all within minutes walking distance.

Very kind and polite staff. The building is amazing and unique. Loved the authentic ambiance. Location can not be more central. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Rooms are not big but very practically settled. There are some comments about the noise but either you stay in the center (with the logical noise) or stay somewhere far (and quite). Will come again 👍🏼

Good service
As for the breakfast options,they are sooo limited
And, i didn't like the way they clean and organize the rooms, we came back and we didn't find the other pair of the sleepers..
The toilet wasn't clean you can see the dirt when you look

Very nice staff and helpful. Rooms were tight & old some lights were not working in the room but clean. Breakfast selections were very poor. Yes location was perfect.

It was my first time in this hotel you will never imagine how helpful and friendly staff its a quiet place with a nice view and perfect location but the rooms are small and need a renovation anyway it worthwhile.

The room we had was very dark and we looked out onto a concrete air shaft. The shower didn't work very well and the room was super hot all in all not a good stay

I have been going to this hotel almost 11 years. You will find friendly and helpfull staff always, rooms are quiet (although the hotel is in the center of Taksim square). Tranquility :)

It is 50 meters from Taksim square and convinient if you have to stay over night after transfer and move on. In other vases it looks and smells like AlCapon.

The carpet smells, if you have alargy to dust, you will have a hard time. They provide baby cradle for free, breakfast is OK. Location and view are the best.

The localization of this hotel is the best one, in Taksim Square. The French style of the hotel makes it very typical of the last years of Ottoman Empire.
