Nice hotel with a goid location. The staff was very friendly, the receptionist TELAT was very friendly and cooperative.

The rooms are ok. The towels are coarse and they only provide soap and slippers - there's no complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shaving kit etc, etc. The Wi-Fi is slow, it's only good on the ground floor. There's a good selection of food in the breakfast buffet and they make a nice cappuccino.
The staff are very helpful and can arrange transport and tours.
The best thing about the hotel is the location - shops, cafes, restaurants, the tram line, train station and all the major tourist sites are within walking distance. As you'll hardly spend any time in the hotel, the modest facilities don't matter.
The hotel is up hill. If your driver doesn't know the location and tries to take you directly to the hotel, he'll struggle so get him to take you to this address:

I have been there for 8 days with my wife very nice staff good breakfast great room service very clean rooms good beds very silent very good attitude extremely helpful and very good location 5 minutes walk to Grand bazar tramva metro taxi harbor Bogaz bridge with a lot of restaurants underneath great restaurants around the hotel I absolutely suggest this place to the future customers who plan to visit Istanbul do not go to Taksim square hotels they just charge you more with less service full of uphill and downhill roads and traffic.

فندق صغير جدا ولا يناسب مع السعر وغبر مريح وهو اسوأ فندق شاهدتة لحد الان والواقع عكس الصور والافطار جدا بسيط وليس هناك خيارت كثيرة او نوعيات جيدة من الطعام . رغم ان موقعة لا بأس به الا انه غير جيد

dirty hotel, fleas on the bed, rude staff, i have to check out for another hotel, stay away!!!
