The hotel is very nice. location not so much but if you have or rent a car that won't be an issue however don't expect any metro or bus station very close you can take a taxi to a metro station. The staff are professional and helpfulthe rooms are amazing,clean spacious and modernyou also have all Turkish chanels .however everything is overpriced the breakfast is 70 liras and there is no near shops again you will need a car.and your stay will be amazing

Had a great comfort with Crown Plaza. Food and accomodation both suits to be a good place to reside. Best part is Viaport mall is at back side and easy access to go for some time pass.

Let's say not 5, but 4.5 stars.
The breakfast was great as the room service was even better than expected.

The rooms are fine.
The pool is ok. I don't have any idea about the spa.

The shops around are fine as well with regular prices.
Maybe the food court program could be with a minimum of one hour extended.

Some employees are just fine.

Cozy room ..very comfortable beds. The staff here are some of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met. There is a Starbucks in the lobby . The restaurant has incredible food . YOu also have access to the outlet malls and otehr wonderful shops underneath.

MAKE SURE YOU DRINK THE TURKISH COFFEE HERE>> OMG WOW

Very cozy and nice place. Just down stairs behind the lobby is the outlet with lots of restaurants and coffee shops options.

The location is good. Fitness and the other activities are better than other around this area. Its nice that there is a mall in front of it. Close to Sabiha Gokcen Airport.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in, rooood staff and unprofessional, I had also to wait for more than two hours to get all my rooms and also the guy on the reception wanted me to pay for the forth room until I showed him the reservation. Rooms were dirty when I received them with dirty bed sheets and dirty bathroom. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

We used Crowne Plaza Orya Park's one of conference room for an educational organization for occupational health and security issues. For over 200 participants everything is near perfect. Acoustics are perfect, they gave use 3 projectors and screens to everyone can see the presentation, foods are near perfect.

special location only for via port, but a bit far from everything else.
wifi signal is very bad
room is clean. not big. staff is good.
they asked me to keep my passport until checkour ot pay a down payment, i choosed to pay for sure, but this is not legal at any country to keep passports.
plus i ask them to pick me up from the airport but actually they didn't send anyone to pick me

I loved this room except the wifi is very bad. I was never able to work via the wifi - it kept disconnecting. Otherwise the facility is excellent. I wish the gym was open 24*7 though.
