Five stars was given to the name while very overlooking the fact that rooms is very small, the breakfast is over charged with limited options, and room service is very bad.
But the staff is cooperative and speaks English perfectly.
The location is quite and has many services around the hotel. Other than that, don't waste your money.

I Stayed Here For 4 Days
First , Let me explain the Hotel Location…
Hotel is located in “Sisli” district.”mecidiyeköy” is a neighborhood near sisli ( Hotel ) with 5-6 Min walk from hotel which you can use Istanbul Metro,Metrobus,Bus & … through there,it’s a big advantage for people of hotel because they can travel to most of Istanbul with low costs
There are some perfect Shopping Centers Near this neighborhood like Cevahir AVM ( Max 10 min walk ) or Zorlu Center ( 10-15 min With bus )
There are some Restaurants & coffees Near Hotel Like Domino's Pizza,Mado,Burger King,Simit Saray &
About Hotel :
I had No problem through check-in,The staffs are kind &helpful
The room was clean with Air-condition & Interesting Design ( open sink & separate shower & toilet , glass door for those & … )
Room was clean but not perfect , I mean it was 9 , not 10 ( it should be 10 ! )
Through check-in they ask if you smoke , as I’m not smoking they gave me a room in non-smoke level ( upper Levels ) which the view through windows was fascinating in Early time of days & later times of nights…
The only disadvantage I think this hotel has is room walls and Doors because walls are really thin & the doors are not soundproof
Hotel has a Restaurant/bar with a decent Menu that you can enjoy Meals & drinks

This was my first time to stay in this hotel & I defiantly choose this hotel again in future…

Good price, good value, location is okay (next to busy commercial , metro and bus stations and mall area) but rooms need renovation to be up to standards, recommend rooms in upper floors, they are little bit large.

The hotel is in a state of disrepair. The bed sheets are dirty. The showers were reminiscent of gulags. The interior designer who worked on this hotel should be executed in a public square due to his assault on public taste. I only stayed there for the proximity to a medical facility I needed to visit. And the good hotels were booked.
