Disgusting customer service . Rude staff member named Erhan .. absolutely arrogant and has no customer service . Made us wait for no reason, talked on the phoned and was completely useless. We decided to stay somewhere else that has some level of customer skills.

Nice hotel for a hipper crowd. Located 2 minutes walk from the busy Istiklal street with excellent shopping opportunities,bars, cafes, restaurants. Rooms although small in size are nicely appointed. Very good breakfast. Don't miss going to the top floor terrace for a drink

Very comfortable stay. The staff was really friendly and the best thing about this neat and clean hotel was its location. Taksim square was just a walk away distance from the hotel. We use to go out there daily in nights. So was the galata tower ( just 10 mins walk from hotel ). Overall, highly recommended for there views from the room and its location.

Zero star! Stay away from this hotel. Their staffs are so cold, services are terrible. We have a room booked in Pamara Pera for 4nights. On the first day when I arrive, a taxi driver droped me in the middle of no where. I followed my gps and it lead me to a small road 9mins away by walk but all the way slog up to the hotel. I am 4month pregnant and on my own. I draged my one small but heavy suitcase for 100meters and feel could not make it. So I called the hotel for help. First call, after 15mins wait they asked where I am and how many suitcase and then hang off on me. So I called again, someone said they can help me with a 50tl service charge, otherwise no help. 50tl is nothing, but ask your guest for money on their face when they need help is definately not a way of running a hotel. In the end a very nice guy from a coffe nearby helped me happly. And we decide to take him for food for thanks. I am very dissappointed with Marmara Pera Hotel and its staff, but really appreciate the locals and their beautiful mind.

Rooms are too small and ugly they just look too old
Decoration is poor
price is really high for no reason
Wifi is too slow like 1995
One star for the LOCATION that is the inly star it will get

Clean,hospitals,happy face all employees,in middle of shopping area, have excellent restaurant,good breakfast,close to metro, outside the hotel there there's taxi station and near to many good restaurants

Hotel has awesome views from the rooftop and is located near one of the tourist areas which makes it convenient to go out and look for food or just take a stroll in the back alleys of Istanbul.

Several times they breached my room while the ( don't disturb tag was hanging on my door ) .
They not providing the daily supplies such as ( water , tea bags , shampoo exc.) unless you call them with a delay of response.

Minuses:
small room.
no bath.
no ventilation in the bathroom.
No lock in the bathroom.
windows open just a little, no balcony, smoking is not convenient.
no wardrobe. Only in the hallway 5 hangers.
Breakfast 3+
Ask latte in room,its was very bad.
Bad soundproofing,when neighbors
Not have napkins on the table at breakfast.

beautiful hotel , very nice location and close to everything! Clean rooms with beautiful panoramic views ! Stayed there all together fir six nights . EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service and all staff , especially with two reception staff members , ERHAN and UZGUR for their professionalism, welcoming approach and for being so helpful and friendly to us during our stay! + great location, view, price (if u get good deal), decently clean, rooftop pool (small), comfy bed, taxi station in front of hotel
- understaffed and therefore not very efficient reception, incredibly small gym, ageing bathrooms in need of renovation, food and drink prices (ie bottle of Moet chandom for almost $400)

This Hotel, first of all, had a very nice location. It is very close to good bars and restaurants. The view from my room was perfect. The employees in this hotel were very kind and respectful to the guests. Also the reception was quite helpful and cheerful. I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Istanbul for the first time.
