Probably this is the best choice in Moda. Allow yourself a room with a excellent view, it's worth it! Beautiful design of the hotel and rooms inside. The rooftop pool is a must do. But in the middle of May it was closed. Unfortunately! There is a wonderful spa downstairs with a nice pool and hammam. On the negative side: the personnel is unfriendly.

Good location, 5min away walk from Kadiköy Ferry. Hotel is very clean and cozy, the room is big we had, and we had the lowest option. Personnel very friendly and helpful. A lot of security (entrance and exit) which both gives you feeling of security but as a european you ask why is it required? Nice warm cookie at check-in as usual in DoubleTree.

This was my fourth trip to Istanbul and having stayed in various parts of town I chose to spend more time in Kadikoy. I stayed in many DoubleTree hotels including London Riverside but I was taken aback on how this particular hotel is managed. This hotel doesn’t merit a five star classification for various reasons. I was surprised that the check-in staff as well as manager and assistant manager are not fluent in English and this caused so much confusion and stress from the moment I checked-in. The language barrier was still an issue at breakfast time as I couldn’t get what I ordered for breakfast and it continued for the whole six nights stay. The easiest thing was to just forget it and move on. The online photographs makes it more inviting than reality and I never felt that way in other stays before. Don’t expect an Executive Lounge at this DoubleTree nor a complimentary drinks. The only thing decent was the upgrade to a corner room on my last night stay, enjoyed the view but I couldn’t turn off the air-con as it made rattling noise and that made it difficult to sleep. It suffice to say that I won’t be returning to this hotel.

Great location to take ferry or train to go to the European side. Courteous and helpful staff. The bathroom curtain thing they left a gap on one side so the inside of the bathroom was visible from the room, little bit of a problem when staying with family, we just put some towels in that area. Great breakfast selection. This was our first visit to Istanbul so I don't have anything to compare it with but overall great location if you don't mind the commute to the EU side.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree By Hilton Istanbul - Moda to celebrate my birthday, From 26 Nov 2022 to 29 Nov 2022.
Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!
Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms; The rooms were very clean, very comfortable (our room was 701) and They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Istanbul and this was on the top of the list of the best! Loved the Downtown Location and Atmosphere. Just about name it and you’re within walking distance.
Overall, I had a great experience with the DoubleTree By Hilton Istanbul - Moda
staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.

The Double Tree by Hilton was a great hotel located on the Asian side of Istanbul. Staff are very helpful. It is in a great location close to markets and shopping.

Nice hotel in good location near restaurants and shops also close to the sea where you can get to European part of Istanbul quickly by boat and also bey ferry boat to airport, they welcome you by hot home made cookies in the reception, rooms are good and also restaurant, the top floor restaurant has a nice view and good food options.
You can easily walk to the nearby restaurants (good variety) and also shops and groceries and book stores.
Located in Kadikoy which is a major hub for transfer between the major city’s hubs gives you comfort for transportation.response / report this review -

Hood bar and restaurant on the top of the Double tree Hilton /Moda Kadıköy. Nice view in the evenings. Appetisers are good. Cocktails are OK. No surprises.

This hotel is an upscale Hilton double tree. The location is very Central with the kadirkoy bars and restaurants directly in front of the hotel as well as a Metro Station and a fairy station. The rooms are new and very clean. Overall the service is impressive. Especially the concierge Yavuzer went above and beyond the standard to make my stay special. He did an awesome job. The only negative point is the breakfast service. The waitress are doing their tasks slowly and are not very attentive.

Lovely property on the Asian side of Istanbul in the lively Kadikoy area. Close to the ferry terminal and also to shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Awesome views of the bosphorus river , the hotel has well equipped rooms and an indoor as well as an outdoor pool. Nice restaurant on the terrace called 360 degrees with lovely views , Food and service. Value for money.

We stayed two nights at the start of our honeymoon. The staff was friendly and upgraded our room to a sea view. We found little presents when we got to our room. Very sweet gesture! We will be back again!

The two stars of the hotel, are for the location and its indoor swimming pool. The rest is very average. Tv was not working in the room and the day of a big storm in Istanbul, I understand the kitchen was closed and room service was not available, but it was not nice when we arrived with a pizza to have it in the room, to be reminded that "Food and beverages from outside were not allowed". Finally according to the employees for that day was ok, Thank God! Very poor service and standards rooms nothing special about it.

Location is great in the Asian side, less of a touristy feel. It is also in the nerve center by being right in front of the ferry station let's you skip the Istanbul traffic can get almost anywhere via ferry.
