I stayed here together with my wife and two kids. They had plenty of fun, the food was nice and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were ok. Rooms were clean and the beach is around 500m from the hotel. Overall I would probably come here again.

Well where shall I start this hotel firstly the food if your happy to live of chips and bread then this is the hotel for you the food is the same every night and full of salt.. my partner is a vegetarian and she didn't have a choice but to eat a diet of bread and chips for 10 days unless we went out or to the supermarket.. let's get onto the drinks no choice at the pool bar it was either sprite coke fanta or beer if you wanted anything else then it was a walk to the lobby bar.. we are not heavy drinkers but occasionally on holiday like a few and being English we like a vodka and coke in a tall glass this we was refused on several occasions we had to have the small glass provided or not at all and the amount of vodka they serve was just lethal when your sitting in hot sun you don't want to do consume that amount of alcohol at once.. after calling the manager to resolve this problem another member of bar staff thought he had nothing better to do but to get aggressive and was told from what I can understand on several occasions to relax by the manager. To me this is not good enough we have paid for our all inclusive holiday we should be entitled to have our drinks In which ever glass we chose.
Entertainment was very hit and miss the (funny team) as they call themselves tried very hard but and they all work very hard with long hours and hot weather. Rooms are very nice pool areas very clean and gardens well looked after.. nice area overall and would recommend pirate boat trip but unfortunately will not be returning to this hotel.response / report this review -

Şuan otelde konakliyoruz odalar temiz ferah yemekler gayet güzel çalışanlar güler yüzlü evet wifi çekmiyor çok da önemli değil havuzları da temiz benim görüşüm herkesin tatil anlayışı farklıdır. Ama aile gelinebilecek güzel otellerden biri.

Birkaç şey söyle derlerse Yemekleri aynı klastaki rakiplerine göre berbat. Yemekleri ,tamamen yabancılara göre düzenlenmiş türkler için en doyurucu besin patates ve pilav. Otelde türkçe bir tane yazı tabela yok. Resepsiyon 'dan tutun animatörlerine garsonların a kadar hepsi vasat seviyede. Müşteri hitapları berbat ve kaba. Sene olmuş 2017 wi-fi cekeyimmi cekmeyeyyimmi diye 2 kere düşünüyor. Şezlonglari otel yatak kapasitesine göre çok az. Denize mesafe 600 mt diyor ama en az 1 buçuk km mesafe var ayrıca ulaşım aracı traktör arkasına takılmış römork 😁 plaj alanı çok pis . Turkler için yapılan tek eğlence ankara nin bağlarını çalmak animasyon eğlence diye bir şey yok sitelerdeki resimler ile gerçek olan arasında uçurum var. Şimdiden iyi tatiller.

ıt was wonderful holıday for me and my famıly. our hotel room was always clean and suıtable for rest. all foods were fresh and delısıous ın restaurant . Hotel boss and hıs crew were always helpfull to guests.

tam bir aile oteli. yemekleri güzel asla aç kalmazsınız.otel ve oda temizliği süper. inanın her gün odaları temizliyorlar ve havluları değiştiriyorlar. personel gayet güleryüzlü. ilk fırsatta tekrar gideceğim.

Rezil bir yer, yapmadıkları rezillik kalmadı. Kreş gibi bir yer, çocuk ücretsiz galiba. Paranızla rezil olmamanız, hakarete maruz kalmamanız için kesinlikle uzak durun.

I went to Club Mermaid Village in August 2008 and am going a neighboring hotel at the end of this week however the hotel overall was nice, some of the staff we not very pleasant but its the same everywhere i guess. My huge concern was alot of families received very serious ear infections from the pool water conditions including myself, alot of money was spent of trying to find a cure and one family had a young boy who suffered the most and infact had a doctor brought out to deal with him, 2 days later he was still in bed with a drip which was celo taped to the bedside wall and was told there was Escherichia coli (E-coli) in the water. I did enjoy my holiday although this problem did have a large effect on me and my family. It is now 2012 and im hoping this have changed because apart from that it was a nice village hotel, nothing around the hotel apart from the hotels beach. Lastly if you do decide to go please book a day on a boat it is money well spent and an amazing day out
