DONT TAKE NOTICE OF BAD REWIEWS !!!! We have been here 3 days so far and cant recommend this place enough!!! A lot of ppl just like to complain for nothing .. food is turkish/russian/dutch it is what it is ffs but plenty to choose from , all staff are friendly may all not speak great English but animation team help great pools indoor and out.. 5 min walk to beach and shops, kids club and plenty entertainment during day/night
Negative ppl will leave negative feedback simple as that!!!! Love it Love the turks Love this hotel now going to enjoy rest of our holiday and looking forward to booking here again very soonresponse / report this review -

Great hotel very clean nice friendly staff .Food was very well prepared. Room was very nice .Beautiful beach .would recommend and would defo stay here again. Entertainment every evening and great reps .Had a lovely time .

I would not recommend this hotel for a family or a group of friends. Although the facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful the food was shocking. The hotel served fries for breakfast and 2 day old chicken niggles for lunch. The menu had no variations and was lacking in flavour. When you go on holiday, the food is something you expect to be amazing. This was far from the story. The rooms were very well fitted and had AC and a balcony with room service everyday for fresh sheets. The pool was adequate and catered for children with water slides. The drinks were limited and all from vending machines (free). The staff although limited in English were helpful. The Internet is shocking. No WiFi was avaliable through my week stay and the Internet connection was strongest at 3 to 4 am. Calling home proved difficult. The promotional team were a Haste. Every night they would pester our party to go out for a night out and we explained we wanted a early night as we had excursions in the day time. Overall not a good experience, if I could have booked again I would have gone for a 5 star hotel and self catered.

In April half term I took a group of 16 people & we all had an amazing time. The hotel staff were friendly & very welcoming. I agree not all staff could speak or understand English but we had no problem with that. The hotel was very clean & rooms were cleaned daily. Facilities were great & me & my group would like to thank the reservation Manager & Param & Kubra who always had a lovely smile whenever we entered the reception area & the dining staff Bairam wz very funny n always greeted us nicely not forgetting hussayn & vulcan who also worked hard in the dining area. & what food do you expect to get for the price you pay. Food was average & all the adults enjoyed the variety of salads, hot food & desserts we got & for the kidz who wanted something different was takeaway round the corner or pizza place jst down the road which was also great.
Thomom wz a luvly lady who worked in the kiddies zone area & wz very friendly.
The beach was jst a few minutes walk away from the hotel. All in all we loved the place & would definately go again. 5/5 for the hotel & staff. Thank-you once again to all the team.
P.S. please don't believe all the bad reviews you read about this hotel & staff. Because i was also nervous after reading all the bad comments but in the matter of fact it was just the opposite. We had no russians or germans pushing in queues at the dining area. Everyone just seemed to get on with it.response / report this review -

Leider nur 1 Stern. Wir sind Anfang November angereist und mussten feststellen, dass es nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach.
Das Essen war eintönig und lieblos - sind dann trotz All inklusive auswärts essen gegangen.
Plastikbecher überall und teilweise das Personal unfreundlich und unwillig.
Könnte noch mehr negative Punkte aufführen.

Hotel opravdao 4 zvezdice. Osoblje ljubazno i uvek na usluzi. Bazen odlican. Sav prateci program je dobar. Posebno bih izdvojio igraonicu za decu gde ljubazna animatorka radi svoj posao sa puno ljubavi.
Ono sto bih predlozio da se promeni jesu sobe tj da se u sobama prostre tepih. Nekako nismo navikli da hodamonpo plocicama 😄
Plaza je malo dalje od hotela (350-400m) ali to nekada bude dobro. Treba malo i prosetati. Restoran na plazi je dovoljan da se ne vracate na rucak do hotela
Sve u svemu moja porodica je prezadovoljna uslugom i ponudom koju smo dobili u sklopu jeftinog aranzmana.
