It was not as expected from pictures and description. I was given a room in an adjacent building at a high floor with slanted ceiling. The room was not appealing. It was hot inside and felt claustrophobic. We requested a room change, but we didn't get any response.

Rooms are clean, calm design, nothing too fancy - expectations are met for this price.
However, we had to wait in the lobby for the room to be available for nearly 40 minutes, although we arrived 1 hour later than the check in time.
Breakfast were OK, not too much selection but what was there was of decent quality.
As usual in this part of the city there is no dedicated parking space and often we had to find parking ourselves.response / report this review -

all the amenities one needs, most friendly staff, courteous and helpful. clean, functional rooms w power sockets galore, wifi, etc.

Small lovely hotel placed in an elegant calm location at the price of walking downhill and uphill (yes it can be tiring) if you want to transport publicly. Rooms were very nice and clean and staff was great. Not many facilities though, even entertainment channels on TV were not available but nonetheless I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel looks nice but the rooms are too small. I felt like I was in Tokyo or New York City with the room size. The room service is a slow when you request items as well. Breakfast is lacking options if you are looking for a western or American breakfast but gets the job done if you are looking for Turkish breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is in a nice neighborhood.

Stayed at this hotel for five nights. The staff was wonderful and so very helpful. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

I was eligible for an upgrade which I didn't get. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast was not as generous as in Courtyard which is a same category hotel. Staff were helpful.

Great staff very helpful, good location for the most of famous areas specially the famous shopping st. Nisantasi , also near ortakoy, but the breakfast buffet close early.. مكان الفندق داخلي مرتب ونظيف الستاف مساعد .. قريب من الاماكن المشهوره مثل نيشان تاشي وارتكوي .. بوفيه الريوق يسكر مبكر١٠:٣٠
