  I have noticed in St. Petersburg that 4-star hotels make a 5-star effort when it comes to professionalism and service. In this case my experience was essentially flawless. I would stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anybody. Location is in the commercial rather than tourism heart of the city, but I thought it was great. Maybe replace the cash machine in the lobby with one that can disburse more at one time and more per day.

  I settled in this hotel for 2 weeks, which allowed me to objectively assess the living in it. To begin with, the service here is at its best. Every day, cleaning the room and replenishing supplies (bathroom accessories, water, tea), changing towels and rubbing the mirror surfaces. Perfectionists and lovers of order will be extremely comfortable)) The hotel is very diverse and delicious buffet. Stunning fresh pastries and in the hall there is always a chef to cook you an omelette at will.
  From the minuses, there is a wonderful window to the floor in the bathroom with a view of the wonderful bed. To live alone in such a room is a pleasure. But in a different scenario, which is not a problem, the blinds on this window should not be closed!)
  Next, to the impossibility of a small angular shelf in the shower .. it is very difficult to put something on it. The shower is separated by a small glass partition, which looks pretty stylish, but in practice it is not practical at all, as water does not try, it still splashes onto the floor beyond the shower.
  And the last, small, but still annoying minus, is a too meager set of bathroom accessories in the bathroom. There is not even a toothbrush, you need to call and forgive to bring. It is strange, considering that this level of the hotel is unlikely to be frequented by people with tourist backpacks of the most necessary things behind their backs.
  In general, the hotel is very friendly and clean, to deal with the minuses and would be perfect :)

  I like the hotel as it is extremely conveniently located in the city centre close to Moscow train station, to Metro and to Nevsky Prospekt. Staf is friendly, helpful and some of the rooms are simply beyond expectations. Strongly recommend.

  Pluses.
  Modern rooms. This hotel has been very recently renovated with all the necessary amenities. Very clean. Whole place smells good. Ironing board
  Fantastic location. Plenty of restaurants around. Supermarket in the Galleria mall just opposite the hotel. Very near to the subway station. English speaking staff.
  
  Minuses.
  The toilet bowl has been squared off near the edge makes it hard to balance; not so ergonomic. Some tour groups make a long line for breakfast.
  
  Additional Information. Besides good restaurants nearby, we found some good cheap eats in the vicinity. Along the same road towards the Moscow Station, there is a place called столовая No. 1. Pronounced stolovaya in Russian.

  Everything was perfect! Fine breakfast, nice interior, clean rooms, good location, friendly service. They were late with room preparation for our visit - so they offer us a king suite instead of our deluxe and a gift card for drinks in a lobby bar so we could wait for a room with comfort (~5-7 min).

  I stay in Hotels a lot and was really pleasantly surprised by this Crowne plaza. This was mainly because of the staff that completely went out of their way to answer every question that you might have and help you make the most out of your trip. Also the breakfast was excellent here and the gym out of this world. By far the best equipped gym I have ever encountered in a Hotel.
