My family went here for dinner and we almost starved to death because of their poor service we waited for the rice for almost an hour. We went there 7:30 and they served our dinner almost 9. Worst experience. My family swore that they would never eat there again.lol. we would have left our order but we were considering that if we left they would charge it to their staff

Really smelly hotel. Located in the middle of the most central part of Boracay so close to everything but a very crowded. The rooms were still quiet. Wouldn’t recommend this.

Normally I find google reviews quite reliable but I definitely don't think this place is 4 star and I would not recommend it. For context I stayed in a "delux poolside room" (>AUD250 a night in peak season).
Positives:
- Great location: beach is right on your doorstep and you are really in the heart of things.
- Staff: very friendly and helpful (to the extent they can help)
- Good breakfast: Great staff member who prepares eggs perfectly to order and a decent range of fresh fruit/tea. Mix of cuisines- Filipino, western, Chinese and Korean.
Negatives:
- Air conditioner: entered the room and there was a pile of water on the floor from the aircon. A "technician" came to attempt to fix it but it didn't resolve the issue because for the entire stay it leaked water on the floor (could fill two bins with the water with the aircon on for two hours) and it was noticeably noisier. As a result of this and the fact the room has no windows that can open, there is a damp mouldy smell in the room. There are also alot of mosquitoes as the pool is right on your doorstep (not as great as it sounds).
- Insufficient linen etc: I asked for an extra bathmat due to all the water from the aircon but housekeeping informed me they had no spares so I couldn't even have one. Bed linen was not changed for the entire stay (6 nights) and the quantities of towels/robes I received varied day to day (sometimes no robe, sometimes only one towel).
- The whole place may look quite new and modern in the photos but upon closer inspection it's very worn- grime on the walls not washed off properly, paint chipping, dodgy old lifts, light switches in the room that don't work properly etc.
- Not enough beachchairs for the number of guests and the staff seem to reserve large blocks of them (6 at a time) for other guests (perhaps for tip?) even when the people haven't shown up for hours.report this review -

We stayed in premier suite king bed beachfront with veranda for 3 days/2 nights.
The room was really spacious. However we were welcomed by a millipede inside the receiving area and it seemed like their safety deposit box weren't working properly.
Inside the room was a king bed and a posh tub positioned at the end side of the room near the tv that is attached on the wall. Water was drippig off the aircon and had to use tissue and a floor mat. Sink needs to be checked as water gets stuck unless you take the cover off manually.
The complimentary breakfast choices were not that good. You need to be there really early so you can still enjoy bacon and mugs for your coffee.
Building is needing a maintenance as you can see elevators rusting. As soon as you go out the veranda, you will def not miss what they are cooking as the smoke goes straight to you.
They also have really few beach beds considering the number of the rooms they have.
On a good note, i loved their housekeeping team! Always hapoy, friendly and very accommodating. This place is for you if you are ok to hear performers/bands till past midnight.report this review -

The hotel staff was very nice and you couldn't ask for a better location if you're into the party scene lot of action lot of people always a musician playing every night I would definitely recommend it if your into a lot of action. **The Wi-Fi does work the problem is their system so when you check in ask for extra WiFi passwords you're going to need them.

Clean and contemporary. Big rooms and rooftop area is nice. Right next door to d'mall but can easily be overlooked when walking by. Convenience store right outside. Lots of action.

Best place to stay in Boracay. Right in the center of the "action". They have live bands at night where you can just relax and listen to.

Clean hotel and very attentive staff. Rates is a little bit high compared to other places in Boracay but the rooms are spacious, has aircon, and very well maintained. They also have 2 pools with a bar.
