  Great place to stay. You will completely relax with their comfortable and clean room, spacious bathroom and filled your hunger in the morning to their breakfast buffet everyday. The location is also good, few minutes walk to the white sand beach of Boracay. Definitely will recommend to my friends ans relatives.

  The hotel is great for it's price. The location is good. Just a 3 minute walk from the beach. It comes with free breakfast (buffet) which is nice.

  The hotel is not beachfront but just a few walks away. In our 4 days stay, the hotel room was well maintained. They replenished our free snacks and drinks everyday as well as the towels. The pool was clean and I guess only a small amount of chlorine was used to it. I also like their breakfast buffet...so many choices. Just had some issues with their wifi connection though.

  Short 3 day. Staff are very polite, accomodating and keen to help with your requests and needs. The Hotel is very clean. Clean towels daily which included beach towels. Sheets changed upon request. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
  
  Previous reviewer mentioned the building work and noise. It's the same everywhere is Boracay. The area is being heavily developed.

  I stayed @ the Haven Resort hotel for 22 days. My overall experience was fantastic from the point of pickup to my drop off. The hotel staff were very accommodating & helpful from a very timely check in & assistance to my daily needs & questions. Kudos to the front team composed of Cherry, Reenz, Julie, Rona, Jemel, Ramon & many more whose names I forgot.
  I enjoyed the daily breakfast & the food service @ both the Eden restaurant & the haven bistro. The excellent food team ably lead by Ryan & chef Bryan were to be commended for the great service namely; Sugar, John, Grace, Ike, Jeric, Jon Rey, Archie, Haydz, Allen, Mike & many more whose names I cannot recall.
  The housekeeping service was prompt & never intrusive. Any concerns I had were promptly addressed & corrected. Big thanks to Luciĺle & to everyone in the team that I never got to meet but who made my room a definite haven when I am not @ the beach or pool.
  I also would like to mention the helpfulness & attentiveness of the team of OJT's namely Joyce, Julie Anne & others whose name I am unable to recall. They are a big complement to the already wonderful team of the hotel.
  I will comeback again to this facility due to the people & the great service they provide.

  The sheets did not get changed during our stay, the comforter had a foul smell to it. The patio door could not be open due to the foul sewer smell. Construction was happening 24/7 even though when we asked the staff they stated it would stop after 5pm which did not happen. Then during checkout they charged us $120 pesos for a teaspoon which we never used or had in the room. Overall SKIP this place... maybe in a few years once they get organized and CLEAN. Will absolutely not return.

  the hotel is not enjoyable at all. It is old, damp, and noisy. Room is so dark and outdated. Even check out procedure is terrible, they made us wait for almost an hour because of 2 pcs of old cups. If it wasn't for some wonderful staffs I'd rate this 1 star.

  Clean with good service / amenities. The only negative is that the road in front of the hotel floods when it rains and you must walk in 8 inches of water to leave the hotel.

  Good location, just a few meters from the beach. Good breakfast selection. Excellent and respectful staff. They always smile and greet you. Nice clean pool. Located near a supermarket and good places to eat.

  For the price, the service is decent, the rooms are nice, complete toiletries/bath kits (they have dispensers instead of the usual mini shampoo conditioner body wash tubes), and a pool that's just right. Buffet breakfast feels lacking, but isn't really worth complaining. You wanna keep that beach bod after all, right? :D It's near McDonald's, so if you wanna grab a bite outside or just take the food to your room, it's a fairly short walk. Lobby is kinda small though, so a big group wouldn't exactly be easy to receive.

  Cheap & Bad managed facilities.
  Electricity will cut off and resume anytime with no reason.
  Breakfast seat limited,food only few choices.
  You begin force to wake up in the early morning 7-10am, due to their zero soundproof and the talk loudness from the cleaner/staff in the hallway.
  No Wifi in the lobby, yes but in the room.
  Don't fool by their wonderful official FB picture.

  Nice place. Clean and relatively quiet. You'll have to walk a few meters to the beach but they have a beach front property with facilities that you can use for free.
