Stayed there for two months with a month old baby since were re assigned here in warkworth. While looking for a nice house to rent we tried this backpackers. Owner gave us a consideration with our baby they provide nice and spacious room far from hall way for us to have a comfortable nice quite room facing the sunlight. Toilet room are also spacious and very well maintained “clean”. In house staff are friendly and accomodating with our needs. Owners and in house staff are hardworking to ensure excellent service will be rendered they have a nice washing machine and drier that are FREE to use opposite from what i have read in some of their brochure? Love their garden that provides herbs everytime you will use it for cooking. Thanks Rei, michael, caroline and sorry forgot her name. “The lady asian owner”
Oh, one more thing its very close to THE GRANGE where there is mcdo, bp, asian store, dominos, gym and etc. one minute walk if you just knew the short cut

This place is absolutely amazing!
I am a german backpacker and just wanted to pass Warkworth means that I just wanted to stay at the oaks for two days but finally I stay there for over to months!
It is a very clean and ordinary place that's why I decided to look for a job because now I stayed at a place who is more like a bigger living community (or for all germans: ) with a living room character instead of a normal common area.
Thanks a lot rai for the fantastic time I had at your accommodation.
