Friendly staff and reasonably priced rooms, great for short stays and the pub across the road Murphys Law is awesome.

Total over priced for rundown, stain ridden carpet, winter in NZ, no heating, when asked got old fan heater my grandmother used to huddle around

Clean and ok but old and tired with things just not right. Tiny heater, power chords across bench behind taps to get power across. Hard to climb into bath with shower over it. A bit run down.
