  Lack of cleaning in the villa we stayed, no phone, no wifi, night lighting needs to be improved when using step steps from villa to restraunt.
  Spa pool out of action due to renovations Round swimming pool.

  We were recommended the Restaurant by the shop keeper at the Palm beach store as the Fish and chip shop had been closed because of flood damage. We walked up the hill hoping the restaurant justified the uphill slog! We can't speak highly enough of the staff and the lunch we ordered - it was absolutely first class at a reasonable price with a wonderful view.
  Well done to the young waitress - we will be back. Perhaps a sign down on the road would let people know that the restaurant is open all day.

  They treated us so well. The rooms were so clean and accommodating. So peaceful and relaxing. Met some great people and staff. Food was really good too! If you're going to stay on Waiheke you gotta stay here!

  Restaurant is FABULOUS! Friendly and attentive service. Amazing location with balcony tables overlooking Palm Beach from a little distance--far enough to be quiet and serene, and close enough to see the beach nicely. FOOD was amazing!! Had a delicious salad with such nice touches: fresh basil and cut green onion, with plum tomatoes and marinated beets, on good spring mix with vinegrette--to die for. Mains were wild mushroom risotto (best I've ever had!) and salmon with corn and veggies with crispy bacon. Fish had the perfect fatty and soft texture, not over done, with crispy salmon skin to boot. Dessert was also incredible: cream brule with the most tantalizing crispy candy top and a huge berry tart with sauce--just so yum!! Go if you can! Off the beaten Waiheke track and soooooo worth it.

  One of best stays in the recent past. Loved the pool facilities.
  Friendly staff and kids friendly hotel. Great restaurant and bar too!
  A+++ experience.
