Convenient location for a range of travellers. Walk to lovely Cornwall park, or to Alexander Park Trotting. Short drive to Newmarket shopping precinct, only a short hop to the city & only about 30mins to the airport.

excellent clean and tidy hotel , bed was comfy plenty of different teas and coffee for drinking would recommend stayed last nights as we went to the Trots at Alexandra Park 10 minds walk away awesome

The room was very clean, and nicely furnished, it had a comfy bed and nice bathroom, easy to walk to restaurants, showgrounds, bus stop right outside. The staff were very accommodating and even though the air con did not work they brought me a fan. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

not what I expected from a motor inn. the room was clean and had everything we needed. it was more like what we would expect from a hotel. we had a simple cooked breakfast that was cooked perfectly and we loved the fact they payed attention to detail. weve stayed in a lot of places that have fallen short of the mark as far as the sky service provided and the food served. this wasn't one of them. loved the fact that the owners used their own car to drop off fellow guests to the eagles concert when the taxi co didn't turn up. would stay there again and would recommend them as a really nice place to stay. with all the amenities needed close by as well
