My son sat his full licence here yesterday, failed, even after he had just completed a defensive driving course last week where he was told his driving was faultless with no errors. His restricted he sat 4 times before getting, & a tester told him he couldn't understand this as his driving was good! This place is notorious for failing people on licences, especially males under 25! What a revenue you must be collecting! I have even sat in the waiting room with other parents & they have agreed with this. The licence instructor was rude, my son tried to be friendly, and was told not to talk to him, told him he'd loose points wearing sunglasses, told my son he'd made him late for his next appointments even though my son was the first in the morning. My son told the tester he couldn't have made him late as it was a half hour appointment, & they started at8.30 & we're back at 8.53. I have heard so many people with the same stories as my ownwhy do you fail people on a higher rate than anyone else? Not every young male is a Boy Racer & they need licence for work etc Get an attitude adjustment Treat people with respect even if they're young.. I'd give no star if possibleId recommend NOONE go here for licence assesment!

Testing. Cars for wof and drivers licence. Good signage and waiting areas. Chatty staff. Waiting room cold, radio and can buy drinks and snacks can be purchased.

Some staff over there are racist as hell. The way one old lady at reception dealing with coloured people are so rude and gives a genuine treatment to white people at the same time. Would never come back to this place again. Absolutely disgusted.

Queued out to the road and down the road, easily a 2hr wait. What about some courtesay for waiting customers, like telling them how long the wait will be? What about employing more staff on saturday when you are clearly overrun?

Sat my restricted motorcycle license and was impressed with the tester's knowledge of the needs of a motorcyclist

Guy failed me on my full license for a running a stop sign that I never ran.
When I lodged a formal complaint they did not even take my issue seriously.
Daylight robbery and a job done to an sub standard.
