Recently had a service done on my BMW. I called in to book the service, and they did it for me the next day.

Took our Audi there for an extensive job. They were excellent in every regard: Chris organized for a loaner vehicle while ours was being repaired, Damon (mechanic) called me regularly with updates on the progress, they addressed other issues not related to the main problem, and when I picked up the car Damon showed me every single part that was replaced, pointing out the reasons why it was replaced. They even did the WOF as mine had expired while it was in the shop.
When the work was finished, Chris e-mailed the invoice to me prior to picking up the car so I could go over it in case I had questions.
I was extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the high level of customer service and professionalism. I will certainly go back to Acton in the future, and would have no reservations about recommending them to friends.response / report this review -

My BMW was running rough, so I took it to Acton. They were very thorough and the service was great. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't crazy expensive either.
