Good Afternoon Brian, We are sorry that your experience upon visiting us was unsatisfactory. As a result of this, we have revised our Standard Operating Procedures, and have now displayed our fee schedule which outlines any charges that may implemented upon dispensing prescriptions after a certain time. We hope that this clarifies the issue and hope to see you in store again.

They ripped me off by charging $15 for an after hours prescription.
There should be a sign or be advised in advance that an extra charge will apply. The charge is only on prescriptions and not other products.
The pharmacist's weak excuse was that others do the same but could not tell me who the others were. Nowhere on their website do they say anything about after hours and advertise their hours as 8.30am - 10pm.

Friendly and helpful staff but it was a little hard to navigate the isles with all of the trampers/backpackers in there with their packs.

I believe your pharmacists have not right to argue how a person got residency and why. Probably he should be a immigration officer rather than a pharmacist. Very bed experience for a sick person just going to get his drugs.

The lady at the counter saw us wandering around the shop looking for supplies and pointed out everything we needed, was very friendly and helpful.
