Food and views were good. But the level of service for what should be one of the nicer places around was very average.

Awesome wines, fantastic food & customer service to impress anyone. Totally fab! A "must do" if you are in the area and well worth travelling from further afield for.

Had high expectations because Carrick is supposed to be one of the classier wineries around, but was somewhat disappointed. Staff were very average, crappy pop music playing, food was so so and coffees were not good.

Very disappointed with the visit to the Carrick winery. The person behind the counter (Neil?) was distinctly disinterested in visitors, seemed bored and couldn't be bothered in engaging with customers. We would have purchased wine and merchandise but he showed more interest in doing nothing than building customer knowledge about the wine or the brand. Very, very disappointing and can not recommend. Go to Mt Difficulty instead, far better experience.
