Well laid out, good furnishings, main beds good. Our room was pretty quiet but suspect not many other guests that night. Kitchenette a bit limited and sofa bed mattress too thin. Faulty fuse meant we didn't feel safe using wall heater but alternative provided. Shower head too loose so had to get water level just right but otherwise water pressure excellent and plenty of hot water. Friendly staff. Loved being able to use their towels for the hot pools plus excellent location for pools and restaurants. Sky, Netflix, free WiFi good options when weather rubbish!

Had a wonderful stay here for the weekend. Considerate, friendly and incredibly kind staff. Can tell they genuinely care about your stay and go the extra mile - allowed us a late checkout due to circumstances. The room itself was spacious, very quiet and aesthetically pleasing. The TV had netflix set up that was very easy to use. Bathroom was very clean, white tiles with a huge shower bath. Had an amazing sleep - comfy bed, nice sheets, good ventilation and so on. The room had a gorgeous patio overlooking the street and hospital memorial grounds/garden, where we enjoyed dinner that night and coffee in the morning. Close to pools and shops (right next door!) meaning we spent our time walking round, rather than driving which was very pleasant. Very stress free environment, clean, open spaced and fresh feeling. We absoloutely loved our time here and will most definitely be returning!

Was a nice wee place , was a bit grossed out by the dirty hand towels and face cloths. Thank god I had brought my own. But they were lovely people and served the purpose

Great communications about booking. Such a nice welcome upon arrival and lovely sunny room. The price was really good value as the lodge has some great special deals. The room was spacious for the 3 of us, exceptionally clean and really well fitted out. Wish we could have stayed longer - and would certainly stay again!
