Comfortable enough, Old charm house but needs love,carpet in main areas lifting off the floors so when you walk in its of putting.Rooms were nice but a few thing cobwebs in bathrooms another guest things behind the chest of doors ,sheets were all scrunched up like they had been sitting in the ironing basket sadly they never made the ironing board.These little thing go a long way as I said give a bit of LOVE.Gentleman was friendly and helpful

Clean, lovely room. Nice and private as we got the chalet. Lovely grass sitting area. Very nice breakfast from a friendly owner. Well organised place. Good lounge room, felt very homely and warm. Only thing they could improve on is having a slightly better hot drink selection, Milo or hot chocolate would be great, but that's being picky.

We had a family reunion in Hanmer Springs in February and booked Rosie's Bed and Breakfast out. From the first contact with Gary, the large BBQ area until we left their premises we could not have wished for a better experience. Nothing was too much trouble and they made everyone so very welcome. Thank you both for contributing to a memorable time with our family!! It was most appreciated.
